This is a great place for ramen. I enjoyed the white miso ramen with pork and egg. You can make any ramen spicy or regular. They have more than just ramen on their menu, including appetizers, other noodle and rice dishes. Service was quick and friendly, and the environment was warm and inviting. They also have a “ramen dictionary” in case you are not familiar with the ingredients.

This is definitely the worst ramen i’ve ever had. I had someone warn me that this place wasn’t good, but I decided to try for myself. The gyoza was good (it’s pan fried if you’re wondering) but they don’t have and option for steamed gyoza like most places do. The staff doesn’t welcome you in or check in with you at all like restaurants typically do. I got the spicy white miso ramen and it tasted awful. The flavors of the ramen didn’t blend well, and if I was handed this meal blindly I would’ve assumed that this was prepared by a child throwing random ingredients together in a pot. The pork in the ramen tasted so bad that I can only come to the conclusion that it was stored/ handled improperly. They should really check the temperature of their food more often to avoid feeding people meat that tastes spoiled. I’ve never had ramen that I didn’t like before, but I guess there’s a first for everything. Please do not waste your money here, you’re better off spending it at the krystal thai next door or the pho royal that’s a couple stores down.

Food- Ramen is very good. Japanese fries are good, but not worth the cost. I thought they would have like Kewpie mayo or togarashi or something, but they were just seasoned. The shrimp wontons were good, but again I thought it would be minced, but instead it was just one small shrimp in there. So, that’s a pass for me. I’d rather just have an extra egg. I am impressed with their menu expansion though!
Service- Excellent, server checked on us the right amount and was super kind.
Atmosphere- Visually, I love the setup, but when it’s cold the air just blasts in along the entire seating area, which is not ideal.

Took my husband here as we were looking for Pho but it wasn’t opened, so we saw this place a few doors down and walked in. Immediately felt the vibes were off and the guy behind the counter couldn’t cared if we lived or died.
We were not greeted and walked past empty chairs with full bowls of abandoned ramen sitting on the counter in front of them.
I got Veggie Ramen which was fine but my husband took to scoops of his red miso and threw in the towel. (I’ve never seen him not finish his plate.)
Anyway, can’t wait for the pho restaurant next door to open!

Went to check out this place for their soft opening, I tried their beef curry ramen and it was delicious! The dish was very filling and extremely flavorful. The chasu pork in their miso ramens is very soft and flavorful as well! We will definitely be coming back to try more items next time!!

An absolutely phenomenal restaurant! They served me the best Takoyaki I’ve ever had. They even make their shrimp wontons in house!! Their menu is to die for and the staff is so so SO friendly. If you have a chance make a stop here and enjoy all the delicious food they have to offer! BEST RAMEN SHOP IN CRYSTAL LAKE!

I really enjoyed my meal here! The miso ramen was flavorful and satisfying, and the takoyaki as an appetizer was a perfect start. Honestly one of the best new restaurants in town. Can say that we were treated so well just from entering the doors, the food was amazing, and the service… phenomenal! 10/10 will be coming back.
