I ordered a special for $25. It was an extra pepperoni pizza, large and a 2-liter for $25. I did carry out and placed it for 6:45-7pm pickup because it was 6pm and I was doing uber but needed to feed my family! The food was super fresh and ready at 6:45pm. It looked absolutely amazing. I have ordered here a total of 8 times in the last 5 months and have not been disappointed once. I have always lived by Chicago connection being the absolutely best pizza ever due to there sauce being thick and cheese being thick, all pizzas being a deep dish, it’s amazing! It’s mine and my families favorite pizza the woman at the front counter was super nice and friendly. I had already paid online so she just got my pizza and I got my two liter and skedaddled. This Chicago connection isn’t ever busy when I go in so there wasn’t a wait but the pizza is 100% worth it!

I ordered a large pizza, cheese garlic bread, and a side salad to go. The salad container was tiny and half filled. The cucumbers were slimy! I asked the girl at the counter if she could fill the salad container because there was barely any salad and I showed her. She replied that it’s just the size for a side salad. I asked if i could return it from my order and she said they don’t do refunds. So for $4.99 you get a few bites of salad. The pizza was soggy and we ended up putting in the oven at home on high broil to crisp it up. The garlic cheese bread saved the order, but I will not eat there again.

The food is great. My problem is with the online ordering system. My husband likes a lot of stuff on his pizza that I don’t like so we do creat your own so he can have what he wants on his half. As we are selecting the topping you can see the price go up by the full $2.50 when a topping is selected and drop to half price when it is changed to only be on half the pizza. Then you click add to cart and the price you think you are paying suddenly changes. In the cart you are charged full price for half toppings. If the policy is to charge full price for half toppings I think it is ridiculous but I will deal with it. But don’t make it look like you are going to charge me half then change the price. It makes me feel like I am being ripped off.

The time for delivery was not just a little off it was absolutely atrocious.
People have lives they plan around and thanks to the lack of customer service at this store I had to purchase a pizza from dominos who got it here before your order could even be delivered. To charge 66 dollars for 2 pizza and then not even get it to the house within the hour of which it was said it would be delivered. Over 90 minutes from the order. I live 5 minutes from the store!

My first time ordering here and definitely will not be my last. I order a pasta dish and a pizza for delivery. Not only was it delivered quickly on a Saturday night but it was hot, fresh and abundant. My new favorite takeout.

Ordered a pizza at 615pm scheduled to arrive at 747pm. Called at 825pm to inquire whereabouts. Gentlemen said pizza is on the way, but lots of accidents out there. (I live less than a mile away). Finally at 940pm i call again. Said driver delivered to the wrong house. Manager offered to keep my payment as credit toward future order. Wow, hard pass. #hungrybroncofootballfan

Wow. Just wow. This place is horrible! They got our address wrong(mother in laws address) Then the delivery driver dropped it off at a completely different house. Than he went to my Mother in laws to tell them he delivered it to the wrong house and to call and get it re delivered. Manager Brain was no help and did nothing for us. Except refund our order we wasted 2 hours waiting for. Good news Flying Pie and Idaho Pizza company have better pizza and customer service. Avoid this location at all costs!

If I could leave a negative star I would! Our pizza was delivered over an hour late. Called the manager and because we ordered on line the order can’t be cancelled or discounts offered. I called 30 minutes before it was delivered. They fully admitted the pizza was made and waiting for delivery but another 30 minutes before it might get to us. This has happened to me twice now with this same location. Shame on me obviously. And sad because I love their pizza. If you want a timely dinner at a premium price I highly suggest going somewhere else!

Nice little place with a friendly server. The pizza is Chicago style with a thick crust, so I split an individual size and added a salad. The ranch dressing was great!
