This is hands down the worst barbecue place I have ever been to in my life, and I do not say that lightly.

Let me be very clear. The chicken was phenomenal, and every salad they offered was excellent. Credit where credit is due. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end.

The main barbecue meats, including the brisket and the ribs, were absolutely terrible. Not just dry. Not just poorly seasoned. They tasted spoiled, to the point where I seriously questioned whether the meat was safe to serve. I have eaten barbecue across all 48 contiguous states, and barbecue is almost exclusively what I eat when I dine out. I know what good barbecue is, I know what average barbecue is, and this was neither. This was unacceptable.

When the core product of a barbecue restaurant, the smoked meats, is this bad, it raises serious concerns. Something feels off about this operation, and that is deeply troubling.

Shame on the owners for allowing food like this to leave the kitchen, and shame on the staff for serving it. Barbecue is not something you fake or cut corners on. If you cannot get the meats right, you should not be in the barbecue business at all.

I would strongly caution anyone considering this place. The salads may be great, and the chicken may surprise you, but the barbecue itself is a massive failure.

It was decent. Had a chicken and six half ribs. I think I could have waited for fresher chicken..mine was a bit dry. Liked the dining music but every other table was not cleaned. Maybe I’ll stop by on a Monday and try the pulled pork!

Have always been a huge fan of Chiavetta’s chicken BBQ and their sauce, but man oh man will there other options blow your top off! I’ve had my fair share of fish fries over the years, but this one is top notch! Plus they have plenty of side options. Will for sure be a repeat customer. Would also HIGHLY recommend the prime rib, brisket, and pulled pork!

Got chicken from a drive-thru they were doing. We got 2 dinners and the chicken was pink. Took them back and got 2 new dinners and they were pink. The person that was cooking said that the chicken was cooked just fine. If I could show you a picture it is still pink

I bought the full rack of ribs, and they were not done on the ends. I paid $27 you’d think that they would have been done. The ends were raw meat didn’t pull away from bones it just hung on through the bones. And it was pink I’d like to know if the barbecue ribs were pork or beef?

Picked up a catering order for a family of 15. Chicken, mac and cheese, pasta with red sauce, salad and rolls. The chicken, pasta and mac and cheese were hot and the portions were generous! Plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day. The chicken was fresh, not dry and tasted great.
Everything is packed up well, keeps it warm, easy to transport and prevents leaking.
The pasta and Mac and cheese are my go to’s when I am going to a party and need a side dish to pass. They make it so easy and it’s always a crowd pleaser!

Very clean facility, business is going well based on the number of orders heading out on my way in. My pickup order was ready to go upon arrival. Chicken was on point! Sides were delicious ( corn bread, Mac and cheese, and potato salad). Bridget had a good flavor although needed to be cooked longer as it was tough. Pork was good as well.

They now charge 17$ for a chicken dinner, you get one small scoop of potato salad and one small scoop of coleslaw. What a joke. It used to be 10$ and you actual got decent portions….wont be buying them again even if it’s for charity….

Are the ribs always tough like this?
Update….
We wrapped the ribs in foil cooked them at 300⁰ for another 3hrs and they were just right. Had to reseason them as well.
