Employee Carlos’s service is EXCEPTIONAL and must be CELEBRATED! Even near closing time he was kind, polite, quick, intelligent and evidently dedicated to doing the job and providing great service. Having him serve us was like a breath of fresh air and warmed our hearts, he was so sweet. As someone who’s worked in management for several years, I would promote him to the highest level as I would be certain he would treat all employees and customers with not just the with respect, but real kindness.

Don’t even stop or you will lose your money. There is no respect for the customers. Poor food quality. Everything is lost in that restaurant even the manager. I had to came back to request that I wanted the fries with no salt and the onion rings fresh oh boy why trying if when i drove away it was as worse . I usually don’t take time to write any complaints, but this restaurant deserves it. Good luck to all. The beef people yeah right. Ni te llegues que vas a perder tu dinero. I ordered on app on Labor day bogo whopper 1st whopper off the broiler only onion rings well patty was microwaved dry onion rings soggy with a burnt fry on it. 2nd one only lettuce onion & onion rings off the broiler cut 1/2 well also microwaved barely no lettuce which was nasy old soggy but fat onions that were sliced way too fat. My bun also had wiped mayo off. I called restaurant many times and no answer. I contacted support and they offered 1000 points come on for real that’s ridiculous. No message of call from gm or owner. This was terrible plus Service super slow they made ne wait at 1st window till for 7 min till I can go forward. There was a couple kids working not good for bk customer service. Unprofessional

I ordered some new things on the Burger King menu. I ordered some ghost pepper chicken fries and a ghost pepper whopper. These seem to be Halloween additions to Burger king’s menu. I get the zesty sauce as usual and a large unsweet tea. Overall interesting additions to the menu

Clean, staff was on the ball. They were quick efficient and had on clean tidy uniforms. The restaurant was clean. Much nicer than what the standards have become for many fast food restaurants.

I love BK but I would say just like McDonald’s BK employees are becoming more lazy with the new kiosk the little work they have to do they complain about it and second why don’t you think it is ok to vape while working. Go get 30 minute break and do what you have to do

I asked for two mini whoppers with cheese a d two times they were served without the cheese! What’s bad is the attitude from the attendant and a cook from the back screaming that she had heard me! My two girls eat tour double cheeseburgers plain and I asked for them plain, however, it seemed they had had pickles! It’s really sad that you can no longer have it your way!

I placed an order through the drive thru – when I got home, took food out we saw that order was done incorrectly – I had asked for off the grill but they microwaved the food and the tomatoes and lettuce all soggy and bread too!!! So I retuned to exchange but they yelled at me and refused to exchange the food because it had supposedly been 30 minutes!!! I told them that I had to wait for the food, drive home, serve (which is when we realized it was bad) pack it back up, and drive back to the BK drive thru!!! There was someone in front so I had to wait my turn!!!!
They don’t speak English!!! They are rude and they started yelling at me and so of course I yelled back letting them know that I was going to make a complaint to corporate!!! I still cannot believe the disrespectful attitude of all of them!!! – Abdiel and the other employees there are nasty and rude – absolutely no customer service !!!! They treat customers horribly without any respect!!!!
I suggest you Don’t go to that BK!!! Go to another location –
