Went for my sisters birthday dinner and we will definitely be back! Our server Justin was friendly, very informative on the menu, and very attentive with us and his other tables. We even had an issue with some on the cold short ribs and he was on it to make it right. Steak bite apps were so good and tender, crab cakes were decent size and tasty, Walnut Gorgonzola salad was yummy as well. We had Italian Street Pasta, Chicken Sorrento, I personally had the Capellini Al Fresco w/chicken, which was so fresh and light, I would order again especially if you cannot handle the creamy sauces. Birthday girl had the short ribs, which weren’t terrible, but in all fairness, its an Italian restaurant, so pasta is the way to go, in my opinion! Christmas decorations and music was out and the place was nice n cozy!

Awesome find. I have seen this restaurant for year but this was the first time visiting.
Great service, great atmosphere. Our server was simply great. Had a great grasp of the menu, and specials for the evening. Fast and friendly service along with good food will have me going back again.

Hello, my wife and I have been dining at Chianti Burnsville for over 10 years. We have always been more than thrilled with the food and service. Last night we were at Burnsville for dinner celebrating our wedding anniversary and I even had mentioned that when booking the reservation. We both ordered the same dishes we have always counted on being exceptional and I must say I was underwhelmed and disappointed. I don’t normally reach out but when I spend $160 on dinner only once every few months it’s disappointing. I hope it was a one off but I’m sad to say it was not worth it. Again we’re not one to complain but when not even half our food was consumed maybe it should have been worth a question.

First time here. Make a 7:00pm reservation the day before Thanksgiving. Got in right away. The place has a nice warm atmosphere. Busy, but not too noisy. They gave us a comfortable booth in the middle of the restaurant.
Our service for the entire evening was outstanding. Got our water, drinks, appetizers, entrees, and dessert with plenty of attention, help, and friendly banter. Thanks Rebecca.
The calamari appetizer was one of the best that we have had. Light breading, tender pieces, and nicely seasoned.
Got several fish entrees, and a sirloin tip salad. Everyone liked their fish. The halibut and walleye were especially good. The sides were also nicely prepared and hot. The review for the salad was that it was good (but not great, the meat could have been more tender).
Finished off the meal with a piece of carrot cake. It was plenty for the 4 of us (as advised by our server).
Very nice dinner. Would dine again.

What a wonderful experience! David was our server and he was AMAZING! He made our celebratory dinner extra special and the food was honestly so good! The hostess was very friendly and welcoming and the manager stopped by the table to make sure all was well. We strongly recommend this restaurant!

Excellent evening out. This is a great place. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The food is awesome. I got the shrimp and lobster linguini, it was top quality ingredients with at least 1 lobster claw. My wife had gnocchi, she loved it too. We also enjoyed a cheese board, salad and dessert – creme Brule. Everything was awesome.
We have come here before, never had a bad experience.
The waitress was awesome.
FYI, we brought a bottle of cheap Chianti to try. Don’t expect to find that bottle there. PS, that wine wasn’t that good.

Food was good. Prices were very steep on some items for portions. When 4 bacon warped scallops a pinch bigger than a quarter and thinner than any other restaurant are 22 dollars that’s rough. I can go anywhere else and get scallops triple the size for the same price. Entrees were bigger which made the higher price point more digestible but again salmon, 7 asparagus and 4 tomatoes for 33 is rough I expect a side with that for the price to be in line with other restaurants. Pasta is reasonable priced.
