CHI✶SHACK is a Fast Casual Restaurant concept created and designed with Chicago food, architecture and culture in mind. We offer a selection of food items that Chicago has become famous for, as well as a variety of signature items. Chicago style hot dogs, Italian beef, and Maxwell style Polish sausage, along with our signature burgers and chicken tenders are the best you will ever taste. CHI✶SHACK uses only the highest quality ingredients which allows for a superior flavor. Our burgers use an all natural beef blend, freshly ground for the ultimate burger experience. Our Italian beef, hot dogs, and Maxwell street polish sausage are all made according to our own recipes. Lastly, our signature chicken tenders are hand trimmed.

Food was good not the best burger and fries I ever had but a solid 4 out of 5. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection , definitely a solid burger.
I wouldn’t be surprised if this place is popular amongst the H.S students across the street.
Staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean and food came out in a timely manner.
Also this place has a really good dessert menu specializing in donuts so it’s definitely worth checking out.
I will definitely be back in the future to try out the rest of the menu.

We’ve been here a billion times and more than anything they are so consistent! The workers are so sweet and helpful and the food is always so delicious and fresh! We went once and were hooked! I didn’t know what to expect at this place. I get to the menu, and I feel at home I had seen donut and smoothie on the menu, but I wasn’t sure what donut to get. I’m more visual, and the name of the donut on screen was not listed. I figured it was simply a classic. I went to the window, and Jake went to grab several half dozens of variety packs. MY INNER BIG BACK LIT UP!! I was like a kid in the candy store at the drive thru. I was sold, I’m happy I got out of there with just a half dozen, they were all calling to me. The young fella Jake had me sold, super helpful gent.

Omg! This place is amazing! We were in the area for a hockey game and I’m happy I found this place. I wanted to order everything off of the menu! Everything is fresh made to order! The service is spectacular feels more like a restaurant than a fast food joint. The food quantity and flavor was great. My family of five had the sauced tenders, Buffalo chicken sandwich, Maxwell burger, chi bacon burger and hot dogs and everything was fantastic! We will definitely be returning again!

We had such a great experience at Chi Shack. As always the food was made to order and hot! The drive thru cashier was super nice. Because the line was not long he allowed me to add on an order of donuts in a separate transaction and then the cherry on top was that he gave us another box of donuts for free as a super nice gesture. We definitely don’t expect free stuff ever but this was such a nice surprise. That’s why we love eating there, great food and great service!

Having recently moved from out of state we wanted to try some classic Chicago eats and this spot was perfect. The fire burger and hot dogs were delicious and prepared fresh. We went for the food and instead received not only great food but also amazing service and even some delicious donuts to go. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

I’ve come here multiple times as all the food is always very delicious. They have the best spicy crispy chicken sandwich that I’ve ever had, that goes along great with the chi fries. They always give amazing service and the owner and workers are always super friendly and very attentive. Your money is very well spent and worth it here! The donuts are also very good and beat dunkin any day.

Ordered the double Chi-Burger with cheese meal deal and the sauced jumbo chicken tenders. The burger was seasoned well but served on a cold bun, and my cheese was not melted. So it’s warm patties , cold cheese, cold bun… not good.
The fries were good but barely warm. The tenders were stringy and overcooked and didn’t include a dipping sauce unless you paid an additional charge. The floor under every table needed to be swept clean because of the food that was dropped throughout the day. Bottom Line… One and done, I will not be a returning customer.
