Place is really cute, nice vibe, very peaceful, Buddhist temple like, lots of statues lol. The pho was really good, broth was delicious. The lemonade, also really good. Also got the grilled beef + egg roll vermicelli bowl. Beef was cooked well. The fish sauce was a little bland, it was def missing a kick. Because of that, the entire bowl was a little bland. It was def a little on the expensive side. Would come again!

Chi Em MeKha has the best pho in Portland. The broth is incredibly flavorful and sooo fresh. The fresh salad rolls were also fantastic, as well as the passion fruit lemonade! Great service and atmosphere. Cute courtyard in the back. You have to go here if you want good pho!!

We were impressed at how delicious and authentic everything we tried was. Wonderful fresh & tasty ingredients in a nicely renovated space. Bun Cha Ha Noi, Turmeric Rice & Grilled Chicken in a Clay Pot (Com Tho Ga) , Fresh Spring Rolls all worthy of a trip to this restaurant. There were plenty of other dishes we’d also like to try. The staff was friendly and helpful with ordering. We sat in a booth that was perfect for 4 people and quiet enough for conversation. Great Find!

It was good, I thought so my partner, the jury is still out. Was a bit expensive she wasn’t impressed that the pho was too sweet. I enjoyed it. All the side dishes were fantastic! Great atmosphere friendly staff.

Loveliest experience. The employees were so so kind and the food came out quickly. The salad rolls were very nice and fresh! The vegetarian pho was sweet but still super good! My mom got the vermicelli which had the most flavorful tofu I’ve may have ever consumed, so I personally recommend that. The menu had a lot of choices but not an overwhelming amount, and the prices weren’t bad at all. Such a nice vibe, go here go here!!!!!!!

Upscale Vietnamese cuisine. Dishes are generously portioned and full of fresh ingredients. I think it is on the sweeter side, but still tasty. The staff is super friendly.

Came here with a cute date, and it was great! I had the pho tom, bánh tét, and a tasty alcoholic coffee drink I forget the name of lol. It was the first time I got to try pho, and this place did not disappoint. Service was good, portions were generous, and pricing was good. Would visit again for sure!

Great bowl of pho for two of us, rice noodles with spring rolls and pork for another of our party. All were excellent. Service was great, and enjoyed the atmosphere, with lots of oxygen from many plantings. Start with green papaya salad- yummmm!
