Amazing family run restaurant with the most beautiful atmosphere at an Italian place. Definitely the best food I’ve eaten in Switzerland on my trip. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a stop to pop into here. The limoncello was phenomenal. The photo taken was of the Italia pizza and a half eaten tiramisu as it was so delicious we couldn’t wait!

If you want to feel a homey, safe, local and joyful atmosphere, this place definitely manages to deliver.
While we came at probably peak lunch hour on a holiday/Sunday and at a considerably busy time, the staff were all friendly, smiling and welcoming. They managed to branch off a table from a group table to fit us.
The waiting time before we got the menus was a bit long, and there we had kind of expected some water or bread while waiting for the food (or at least some water with the wine), but maybe it works differently here ♀️
The waiter kindly advised us that we might have ordered too much food for us to finish, so we decided on one less dish which was perfect. The food was good, the service and atmosphere was good, can’t really complain :))
It was a bit noisy for our liking, but it did give the local feeling.
Generally recommended if you want a down to earth local experience with good food and friendly service!

Very nice little place to eat if not expecting too high expectations, but sadly the service isn’t as friendly as it is praised online. The place is small and the people inside are too loud for the acoustic to make it a pleasant place to enjoy food.
The food is okay, my friend had a pasta di mare and it turned out okay, some of the seafood wasn’t as fresh as hoped for and expected when you order sea food.
Myself I ordered a pizza, this was very upsetting to get on my plate. Pieces of the crust were burned and the middle part was not even done, eating a wet pizza that keeps falling apart isn’t very pleasant.

Very nice food!!! Pizzas are delicious, pasta well cooked as they should be and the servers are very polite. They gave us a table right away and the food came on time. Very good experience i would say.

Outdoor was full, and people were smoking, we decided to take an indoor seat and close to the entrance. Once we sat down, lots of flies were there. Anyways, it is what it is.
Penne is not fully cooked. It’s still hard. Mussels are not fresh, overcooked a bit, and small. I think this is not the season (July). While we were eating, 2 hungry and funny flies landed on the plate (carbonara penne). We decided to let them to enjoy the meal.
I think I will not try this restaurant again

Chez Marino has been one of my favorite spots to dine in Geneva. Food is exquisite, staff are funny and personable, and the decor feels very inclusive and warm. I am definitely coming here again in the future.

While eating here for the first time, three different sets of diners came in who were obviously regulars. And from the wonderful experience we had, I’m not surprised… if I lived in Geneva I’d be there as often as could.
The food was super tasty, the deserts sublime, and the staff are all super friendly and happy to have fun with customers. If I’m ever in town again, I’ll be heading right back here.

I felt I was in Italy! I never had such great food! I even came twice in a row to try different dishes.
The staff is accommodating- I had no reservation and each time they found me a table (Friday and Saturday evening- so busy time).
The service is fast; the portions are generous and it is absolutely tasty!
It is in a nice part of Geneva and few meters away from the lake/waterjet.

The best pasta I had in my life. I had the Shrimp Pasta and there were so much shrimp and so much flavour. It was really really good!!!
They serve well and the pizzas are freshly made in a traditional looking oven. You can see the process.
