I truly enjoy the food from this place. It has become one of my favorite options for pickup or lunch nearby. Orders are prepared quickly, served fresh, plus parking is easy right outside. The space is family friendly, giving kids room to play safely. It makes a big difference when dining with a toddler, since parents can relax while little ones stay happily occupied.

The staff is always friendly. Gabby was really nice (she likes Nightmare Before Christmas like me!) The food is a good price and tastes good. Good variety, the place is clean (I could smell the Fabuloso)

I walked in here with my two kids and DIDN’T KNOW THERE WAS A PLAY AREA. What a great surprise. The food was good too! Our family’s new favorite place. I do wish the lighting was less fluorescent.

The Chicken Masalla Sub is amazing.
I also had recently the Shrimp Alfredo Sub and that is delicious.
If you call, don’t use the AI feature to place orders ahead of time. I did before and my order sounded like it was processed and when I got there it was never received, had to wait.
The place has a good spot for kids to play, and good amount of tables. Not a fancy place for a date, unless you are broke, but hey, totally worth ir to get some grub that has good taste at very well cost.

Absolutely the best restaurant I have visited in charlotte !!! I came into town for Thanksgiving with family and we had multiple pleases to eat and by far this was the best restaurant, food was fast and amazing, super good with lots of flavor! Me and my whole family loved it ! Great vibes and service ! Definitely recommend coming here !!!

Good location. It was pretty busy for a Friday night around 7 pm. They have a whole playground inside where a lot of kids were playing and enjoying their time. It seems like the place to go as a parent where you can have a nice meal and the kids able to play and entertain themselves. Pretty big and open space. Employees were super friendly and efficient. We got their seafood salad, chicken, and steak quesadilla with an order of 7 piece buffalo wings. Everything was delicious, and the salad tasted fresh. The wings though were a bit hard and cold. It took a while for me to chew and actually eat the wings. They were not tasteful at all. I don’t think I would order wings from them again. Other than that, everything else was fine. Nothing spectacular.

Visiting Charlotte for the 2025 Pop Warner Super Bowl and needed a bite to eat after our boys victory! This place, hands down, had the best wings (strawberry hot) I’ve ever had. The steak quesadilla was also very very good. The service was excellent! Ramy and Mo were super friendly and helpful with their menu suggestions! I’m pretty sure we will be back!!

After being given the wrong order, missing more than half of our food, we came back to get what we paid for. They refused to make the order correctly because they were “too busy” with other customers but you should focus on fixing your mistakes before you take more customers orders. Instead they told us they they’re not making the order and not giving us a refund, and we could come in the following morning for them to make our order then. Who on earth orders wings at 11am on a Monday? Even if I didn’t have to be at work, nobody wants wings at 11am on a Monday. I wanted them the night I ordered them.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is abysmal. It’s dingy and gross. I received literally some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. And the food isn’t even good. I will never step foot in a single Chex Wings restaurant ever again.
