A “five star” review isn’t nearly enough!! Heather hosted a real estate appreciation weekend and our company (Pensacola Title) participated- bottom line, I was completely blown away by the service, the atmosphere, the PEOPLE, the organization, the willingness to go above and beyond, Heather anticipated our every need and took care of it before we even asked. Such a beautifully run event, but under all that, the FOOD was exceptional and the ambience is of course, bar none. They have created a gorgeous spot that even locals can enjoy bc it’s so unique and it feels like we are on a true vacation even if it is only for a few hours. Heather makes it all happen! I don’t know when she sleeps bc she was responsive at all hours to ensure a very smooth event. We had a ball!! Thank you so much, @Bouncebeach Pensacola! We will definitely be back!!

Upon walking I was really impressed by the aesthetic and atmosphere. I was promptly greeted my by server Jenna with a smile! She was quick to tell me about the special and great recommendations based on my dietary restrictions. I ordered the buff cauliflower, the mahi BLT, and a margarita.
The food came out quick with a nice presentation. The cauliflower was a bit undercooked but was still delicious. The Mahi sandwich was cooked perfectly and the side Caesar I got has to be the best Caesar dressing I have ever had. I need the recipe. Margarita was top tier as well.

Big T delivered amazing customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. He recommended the catch of the day — the snapper — and it was absolutely incredible. Fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. You can tell he really knows the menu and cares about the guest experience. Highly recommend asking for Big T and definitely don’t skip the snapper!

First time visiting bounce and I will definitely be back. From the moment I walked in everyone was friendly. My waitress Korey was amazing. She gave the best suggestions and was every attentive during my meal. Also asked if I was military so that she could give me a discount. Guest relations came down to offer me a tour of the rooftop. Just a great experience overall. They also offering bottomless mimosas on Saturday and Sunday during brunch.

I highly recommend BOUNCE for your next event! We had a wonderful evening with 50 guests. It was a cold December night but the Terrace is a fully enclosed area that has space heaters and was perfect for our Pink Glam Party! Heather and Goods were easy to work with and all of our guests had a fabulous evening.

Vibe, Service, and Ambiance makes this a 5 star rating. Food was good, but most locals know you don’t cross the bridge to get great food. The atmosphere felt like I was in Miami and our server was wonderful. I look forward to coming back to experience the rooftop lounge at night. Well done, Bounce Beach!

It was our first time at the Bounce and we had an absolute blast. Gabe was a great host/manager, making a 50th brunch… The drinks and food were delish! Korey was awesome and Steve was a great addition playing the tunes.

Service was slow. Had to track down waitress to take our order. Salads were both good. Hot cheetos tenders and buffalo chicken pizza were both good. Best thing was the crab/shrimp macaroni.

Great place to eat on tge boardwalk. Service was good, we had a very large and the wait staff did well. Tge atmosphere is beach type place to eat, even though we were here in December, I’m sure it’s better in warmer weather. Food was delicious.

From the moment we walked in, Bounce was phenomenal!! Goods was an amazing server and bartender, extremely attentive & suggested the best options! My fiancé loved his bushwhacker and my drink (something with a watermelon slice) was so good I ordered two despite not drinking often. He was so welcoming!! The bang bang shrimp appetizer was CRAZY good, insane portions!! The blackened mahi-mahi tacos & blackened chicken Caesar wrap were so good and had us pretty full! And the view with the breeze was just so lovely!! Definitely will return next time we come to Pensacola!
