Visited this for lunch one weekend and was overall happy with my experience. Small menu, small list of drinks, but high quality everything. The pizza was amazing and so were the truffle fries. The pizza is very thin and the crust is very thick which isn’t my favorite, but it taste great anyway. We did not try any of their drinks this day. Wish they would expand a little with the drink menu. However, we will definitely be visiting again.

Great brewery, a bit small inside but has loads of character, cold beer, reasonably priced food. Stopped at Chestnut Hill Brewery while in the area visiting a family member at Temple Health. I will definitely be back again.

Amazing pizza. Great truffle fries. Really good buffalo cauliflower
Beer is good. I wish there were more options that are low/no hop. Even the pilzner tasted hoppy. I’d love a nice wheat beer.
No true gluten free options other than some salad.
The outdoor area is super cute.

The atmosphere, style, color, and setup were amazing. The food was perfect, pizza was delicious, and my drink was on point (Vodka Lemonade). Customer service was quick didnt have to wait long for our check. A must place to go after Wissahickon. With spring in the air and the flowers blooming made the place much more colorful.

Random “restaurant” mixed into a market with very limited space, not the worse thing though. 95% of the menu is vegan FYI. Timing is everything of course because they ran out of the good beer and had to settle for another, tap water with no ice and a pizza that could have used another 5 mins. Other than that, the staff was friendly!

Wowww!! The pizza is so fresh & flavorful!! The dough & sauce were delicious. Pizzas are small only 12’ I’m assuming its because they have a smaller oven but definitely the best pizza in Chestnut Hill by far! Check this place out!

If you want the experience of a lifetime, do not hesitate to go here. The food was phenomenal, atmosphere was endearing, but the best part here is the people. Our waitress Caitlin was attentive and so insanely kind, we stayed after dinner for a drink at the bar and met an awesome bartender and while there met the kitchen manager Harold who was so sweet. Theres more details I can share but all you need to know, is you’ve found a place that has a uniqueness to it and is ran by phenomenal people.

**edited to change from 1 to 4 stars – Management reached out directly in less than 1 day to address the issue below and I look forward to giving the food a try next time I’m in the area.

People say the pizza here is good but I wouldn’t know because we sat in the beer garden for 40+ minutes and the server actively avoided making eye contact with us ♀️ Won’t be back, happy birthday to me.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about Chestnut Hill Brewing Company! Hosted a surprise birthday party for my husband here and it was such a wonderful experience, from planning to execution. General manager Alex is such a gem and helped me plan such a fun get-together. Alex helped guide me on the amount of food for the number of people would be there, and it was the perfect amount. Also so accommodating with my tree nut allergy! Food and drink were delicious, and service was beyond incredible. Very dog friendly too! Can’t wait to go back again when we are in the area! ♥️

We visited this brewery based upon the vegan options on their menu and we were not disappointed. Our server was very knowledgeable and reassured us that the options were 100% vegan. We went for the Buffalo Cauliflower which had the the right amount of spice and the Rustic Tomato. The latter was good with great crust but the sauce lacked spice. Overall, definitely a place to visit. Oh yea, the beer was great too and none of their drafts contained lactose
