Went in tonight and no chicken sandwiches only bbq. Ask the person if she could fix me one. Her response was the bbq is all that we have. Not impressed from being out on the road trucking all day long people in front of me were waiting to even get any service. The lady acted like I was inconvenient her as well.

My son took $20 to the counter to get 3 chicken strips and Mac & cheese. Total was $12.08. He came back with no change. I asked where his change was. The lady at the counter took advantage of him and stole the change. She asked for a tip – he was unsure and says okay. What a piece of work to manipulate a kid into stealing their money. Absolutely unacceptable. This was around 3:30 on Sunday , September 28, if anyone cares to follow up with their employees.

Hmmm… 3:20pm – hardly any chicken – asked about chicken bites – I was told by the employee “we aren’t making anymore today”. WHAT?!!??!! I could see of it was closer to closing but 320 in the afternoon? Just pure LAZINESS. Sad. They missed out on a large order. They dont care though – isn’t their money.

Всегда покупаю куриные бедра в этой сети кафе, и не когда не было проблем, но в этот раз 26 декабря 2025 заказал 6 куриных бедер, на что продавец отказал мне продать бедра сказал что он может продать только микс бедра и ножки, на протяжении двух лет я покупал всегда 6 бедер без ножек и все было без проблем, сейчас это стало проблемой! Больше ни когда не буду клиентом этого кафе!
