I like a bagel with real fried egg not microwaved conventional oven. I understand that’s done for efficiency but I just can’t enjoy it taste like rubbery fake egg which I mean it is.
I feel the sausage was also made the same way.
On to the bagel- it’s a very airy bagel. Taste like it’s boiled and baked in a steam air injected oven. For those who don’t know, that means air is pumped into the bagel which makes it big! But it doesn’t taste chewy or crunchy.
My garlic bagel was also burnt.
Overall it wasn’t the best experience or bagel sandwich but hey it’s CHEAP: two sandwich two drinks =23$ that’s unheard of. I think I’ll try again just not bagel items
That small act of understanding and compassion meant so much to me. The food was great, but the kindness and personal touch truly made my day. I recommend this place to anyone looking for not just good bagels, but great people.
Must try.
Less than $20.
Aroma from the sandwich lingered on my taste buds.
Psychic energy, so watch your thoughts. The coffee is hot! The sandwich is delicious.
I had the burke roast beef.
I’ll probably come back again!
Looking 4 sponsorship 4 email subscription 4 my workplace employees.
Today, for the second time, I ordered online. Not only was my order 20 minutes later than promised, it was incorrect. I also paid an upcharge for egg white and turkey sausage and got neither plus I asked for no cheese and got cheese.
The place does get slammed on Sundays and we do love their food, but online ordering should be out.
We will be back, but I just felt compelled to warn people that the online ordering doesn’t work top well.
Update on August 16th:
After my visit last week, I brought my girl here to try some bagel and drinks. Unfortunately, this morning was not good for us. Allison was not the staff I knew last week. She was so mean and disrespectful when talking our order. When I asked for a cup of cappuccino, she didn’t say anything but pointed out to the wall. It took me 15 seconds to find the coffee machine with a sign “I’m broke” My wife asked for a sandwich, Allison just said “Just bagel!” If your store equipped with a camera, you should see how rude Allison was. My wife was not happy and blamed me for praising this store for a whole week and convincing her to come here. Other than that, I enjoyed the bagel.
I ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese and a tuna sandwich. When the cashier, Danny rang up the order he said you ordered 3 sandwiches. I told him that I ordered 2 bagels and 1 sandwich to which he replied “like I said 3 sandwiches”. I told him that I didn’t consider the 2 bagels as sandwiches and wanted to make sure I was charged appropriately. He then felt the need to educate me on the fact that they were all sandwiches. I advised him that I had been coming there for years and had never heard of the bagels being referred to as sandwiches. He continued to try to educate me on how they should be called sandwiches. I advised him that it wasn’t that important and way too early in the morning to continue the discussion. Danny continued on his diatribe about sandwich versus bagel at which time I asked him to please let it die but he continued to discuss it. I informed him that I thought it was poor customer service to argue with a customer and asked for the manager. Of course he said he was the manager (sheesh) and continued his sandwich tutorial. I had to finally raise my voice and say that I didn’t want to discuss it any further and that I would be leaving an online review about his conduct before I could get him to end the conversation. The service is normally pretty good but this is the first time that I have encountered this person who clearly should seek employment in the teaching field since he feels the need to educate people! He should not be serving customers.
