So unprofessional and rude. I had place my order over the phone for Mongolian beef with lo mein noodles and I would pick it up. They said it would be 10 minutes. Call me back and and said it was ready and I answer and told them I would be there to pick it up. Walked in and they said I did not answer my phone and threw my food away. I would never come back to this place there food is not all that great and the lady at the front desk is very rude she needs to be fired. Please do not come here irmo location chens garden

I ordered food from here on 03/20 I got general tsos. When I called to order the woman that answered the phone was super rude. When I got my food it was wrong I told them nicely and she started yelling at me. The food is DISGUSTING I attached the pictures. DO NOT COME HERE the chicken is fake. Spent $20 for large egg drop soup and shrimp fried rice. Egg drop had zero taste, basically water and egg. Fried rice was mushy and shrimp was mushy also. Nothing added to rice for any flavor. Sorry I wasted my time and money. Cashier barely acknowledged me.

If you can get past the loud rude cashier, you’ll be fine. Don’t expect a quiet place to eat either. Lots of yelling and random loud videos playing at register. Very boring eating area with no ambiance. Food was okay.

So I just left this place a few minutes ago haven’t been back in months because I thought you overpay for the portion sizes they give. Well I forgot lol went here tonight out of convenience to grab something quickly and I swear the cashier lady seems to have an attitude, and she’s a bit rude, once my food comes out, I’m like omg how the hell did u forget that they give a small lo mein in a soup bowl and a large in the old small, the food is decent, but it’s so not worth the price. Yes this will definitely be my last time going here. I guess I’ll be pulling up at the Peking wok unless I’m trying to count calories. I’m sure they won’t correct that rude cashier, so I guess they’ll be loosing a lot of customers.

I’ve been eating here since 2013. I LOVE the food here. I think people misunderstand the cashier. She’s a hard worker and honestly I don’t need all the fake conversations when I’m simply here for food. The food is PHENOMENAL and that will always outweigh the customer service. If you’re looking for a restaurant where the cashier is overly nice then this isn’t the place for you BUT if you’re looking for a place where the food taste amazing then you’ve hit the right place. They haven’t let me down yet! 12 years and counting

We love this place. For takeout in south Carolina it’s the best around. We’ve tried other local Chinese takeout and their food is the best. Dumplings, sesame chicken, general tsos, pork fried rice…all delicious. The owner/cashier is super busy and she’s definitely a character but I find her amusing and kind if she’s not slammed and you engage her in conversation. Definitely will keep going back.
