While the waitress was super attentive and friendly, the food was too blah, the pork in the pork fried rice seemed like it was grated and mixed in so I could barley tell itbwas there, the drinks are in a can so the refills cost extra. The sauce on the couple of dishes we had were very simple and lacking anything special. The atmosphere was okay, but very dated, seats ripped, old dingy ceiling tiles too. If your in a pinch this place will work well, but not somewhere I would go out of my way for

It’s a hole in the wall with great customer service. I’m from California so to be in a place that serves good food and great service after a 15 hr trip wow . I got the diner special 5 and it was great ☺️. I would definitely recommend.

I ordered a large bowl of hot and sour soup. I have had the hot and sour soup at Chen’s Dynasty II, in Portland. This was a watered-down broth, with little in it. I added some black pepper and it was a decent taste, just devoid of vegetables and tofu the soup normally contains, with no thickness.

The person with the cat shirt that took my order was very sweet and friendly. Ordered general tso’s w/fried rice and egg flour soup. Took the food to go and everything was delicious! Not too much breading on the chicken; very good! The inside of the restaurant could use some deep cleaning and updating.

I had high hopes for this place because it had good reviews but I was sadly disappointed. We got food to go. 1 of the items we got was the sweet and sour chicken. They sent the sauce in a CARDBOARD TAKEOUT BOX! It leaked all over the bag and covered the bottoms of multiple things. The food as a whole was extremely bland and tasteless. This is coming from someone who eats mostly bland food to begin with… They didn’t bother to include silverware and we are staying at a hotel so we had to eat everything with our hands. It took about 25 minutes to get our order too. I would have given the place a 1☆ review if the customer service hadn’t been so good. The portion sizes are quite large, but what does that matter if the food isn’t good. I didn’t eat much of it because it literally made me nauseous. Overall I absolutely do NOT recommend this to anyone.

Had lunch with mom here the other day! When we walked in we were greeted in seated right away (1pm). The host was quick to take our drink orders and bring them quickly (waters and hot tea). We ordered the lunch specials with crab puffs on the side. The food came out in about 20 minutes including the main course. The egg flower soup was the same as all the other locations I’ve been to in the past. The portion size for lunch was smaller than other places we’ve been to before. The food was pretty much the same as other places minus the seasoning. In all we were there about 45 minutes due to the distraction on the children playing close to the kitchen. The little girl kept coming to the table to show us her shoes. The host would usher her back to the play area. Over all the place is pretty average. I didn’t finish my food as it was not as tasty as I’d hoped. The bathroom is pretty clean and there is video lottery if that’s your thing. Overall we spent about $16 for the both of us together.

Ugh, I was so disappointed. When I walked inside, it literally made me ill. I should have taken that as my sign to leave. It has a very strong scent of mold and smoke. Carpets were in very rough shape. We were the only people there, so service was fantastic. Our waitress was very nice, which is why I gave 2 stars. However, no tea, no ice for drinks, my food – BBQ pork and Chicken Subgum chow rim, had no flavor. Unfortunately, will not be back.
