The service was very nice, the lady with the short hair behind the counter was very kind and patient with us. She even recommended getting the most expensive item because it was free haha! I’m glad I took her advice and went with a pricey salad and wow was it worth it! The salad was so good because they packed it with chicken salad and the dressing was amazing. They even included 2 slices of bread which I could of just turned it into a sandwich if I wanted.
My wife’s sandwich was pretty basic and I shared some of my salad with her, luckily they packed the salad container so it was a big salad! The iced peppermint latte was good, I should of got a peppermint mocha instead of plain peppermint but I didn’t think about it at the time of ordering.
The place was very big and spacious. It was empty because we got their right before they were closing since we were going to take home the food anyways. The Yelp swag was interesting, I think it’s a cell phone holder that you suction to the wall? We had such a great meal that we would definitely come back whenever we are in the area again!
My “dark” coffee was very weak, and the filter let coffee grains into my coffee. (Tasted almost water). The croissant was undercooked and my tuna-melt was made with “yellow American cheese”?! (Although it was well toasted 🙂
The filtered coffee is now self-served (felt like Panera). Staff still somehow friendly 😉
What’s sad and disappointing was the decision to take away a magnificent wall painting depicting the Cleveland Eaton Place Chagrin Blvd lifestyle in a Botero’s style (painted by John Troxel) which gave this place its character. Instead…the new ownership decided to paint the wall plain. 🙁
Chicken curry sandwich with Tabouli was excellent too!! Sandwich had loads of chicken breast and was cooked to perfection. Taste of Tabouli was just right!! It’s like home made recipe.
Great place to have lunch!!
There are two entrances, one outside and one from the mall. The staff was super friendly and the place was well maintained. There are mall restrooms right outside the doors.
From a blind perspective, I was able to move easily between tables. The windows provide lots of natural light. Both doors are accessible with the cane, wheelchairs and strollers.
