We payed for empty food selections i been sitting here for at least 20 mins and still no food brought out , i asked nicely for a refund and supposedly no refunds, no signs anywhere indicating that. The workers are just so damn rude. I always came here because i liked the food but not no more with this experience. If i could I’ll give it 0 stars.

Dirty. Our feet stuck to the floor. Soda has no flavor. Terrible service. Extremely rude. Charges a different price every single time. Crawfish is rotten. Given this place multiple chances and been disappointed each time. Waste of money. Don’t even have food half the time. Have to ask to refill soda. They sit you and don’t come back. And then when you ask for something they’re extremely rude. They are most definitely racist too.

As a buffet there’s not a lot of choices and when something is finished it doesn’t get brought out (refilled) for a very long time. However the quality of food is good.

We arrived at 8:55pm with then closing at 10pm and they were friendly, brought out a few items for the buffet to ensure our 3 person party and another 2 person party had enough food. Food was hot, tasty, and service was friendly. They kept our table clear of dishes and kept our drinks full. Bathroom was clean and small. A gentleman stopped in 12 minutes before closing and they offered to cook a to-go order for his party of 3 because everything else was mostly torn down and cleaned for the next day once we all had finished and were in the process of leaving.

We had a party of five people, all charged $16 for an empty buffet. That’s $80 we could’ve spend eating better literally anywhere else. Barely any food. Had to ask staff to bring out more and even then they brought out like one or two things. Food was so greasy and immediately hurt my stomach. Praying we all don’t get food poisoning.

It wasn’t a bad price for the selections. There was a lot of seafood available, which was nice. Most buffets have mainly chicken, so this was a nice to have more choices. The beef & broccoli and the stuffed shrimp were my favorites. The fried dumplings were also very good. It wasn’t too busy, but the service was a little slow. The ice cream also had some ice chunks, but overall a good meal.
