The waitress was really friendly when we 1st got in. Took a minute to order but got the order in and the food was disgusting. When you think green chili fries you think actual green chili you put on a slopper but no….it was gross chopped chili over greasy uncooked fries and a little cheese. And then the chips and queso was also gross, the chips were greasy and burnt and the queso was microwaved in a plastic container and it was lumpy and old cheese. After we got the food the waitress never came back and they started to close up and almost forgot we were in there. I thought the Canon city one was bad but this one is worse.

This is not my first bad experience here, but it’s certainly my last. I’ve gone to the downtown Chelseys many times and had mixed quality, but overall kept giving it chances. Then discovered the one in the county that was newer and held higher hopes. But I’ve received good and terrible food, never great, on multiple occasions. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. But overall, it’s greasy, lazy, American garbage, with cooks who obviously have no care in their craft and are thrown together. It’s definitely more of a fast food place than a restaurant.
The photo is my last experience, this was my first two bites. The whole burger had end pieces and take it as picky if you will, but that’s unacceptable to me from a small restaurant that charges so much. It sucks to bite into a chunk like this on a good burger. Cause they actually are GOOD burgers, it just depends on the cook I guess.
The chili dogs and corn dogs are also a huge rip off. Make them at home.

Stopped in here for the first time with family yesterday; Nellie was awesome!! Vibes in here were laid back and comfy; food was bomb! We only had appetizers but it was still very filling and the chips were freshly made. Felt very welcome here, we’ll definitely be back in the future. You go Nellie!

The Italian sandwiches were overpriced as was the house hamburger and just medicore along with the fries , one highlight was the chicken wings , 4 stars on them . The malts and shake were half full with whipped creme and worst in town. Dairy queen rules.

I can’t say enough good things about Orlando – hands down one of the best servers/bartenders I’ve ever had. Every time I come in, they go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of. Friendly, professional, and always on top of things, whether it’s remembering your order or recommending the perfect drink. You can tell they genuinely care about the experience and bring such a great vibe to the place.
