I just relocated from NY and must say this is the BEST vegetarian/vegan place I have ever been to next to Vegi Castle on Liberty Ave in NY. I had the vegetarian fish, scrambled tofu, place eyed pea samosa, and their sea moss drink. That vegetarian fish was so good I had to go back into the place and ask the chef (Victor) what he used to make it. Phenomenal! I found them via a Google search and I am so glad I did! Blessings!

My family tried a few dishes, and all of them were wonderful. Everyone found hot dishes they liked, from the vegan adult to the incredibly picky 6 yr old! And the service! Staff were so kind, helpful, and warm. For less than $20 per person, we had a great dine in experience , and had leftovers – I will definitely be dining here again.

Chelsea Bakery & Vegetarian is a Caribbean delight! This was my first visit, and I’m already looking forward to going back. Located on Covington Highway, this gem offers a mix of flavorful hot meals and a refreshing juice bar.
For my meal, I ordered a large takeaway plate that included curried chickpeas, chow mein, and mashed pumpkin. Every bite was delicious—the flavors were rich, the portions generous, and the overall presentation was excellent. You could taste the care put into each dish.
While they also had a variety of pastries on display, I skipped them this time (though they looked incredibly fresh and delicate). I did, however, grab a sea moss drink, especially for its health benefits—and it did not disappoint.

We absolutely love this place! Whenever we’re in town we HAVE to stop by Chelsea’s bakery! My hubby has been enjoying their food for YEARS! We especially love their lasagna, Mac n cheese, chicken curry, bbq chicken, and fish. We’ve also had pretty much all their juices and smoothies, all very delicious! Bakery items are also very good! Plenty of seating space inside and plenty of parking outside as well! Friendly staff and generous portions! A must try it you’re in the area, you will not regret it!!

I’ve been avoiding sharing this review because I just didn’t know how to say it. The service is some of the least enjoyable Service experiences I have had in a while however the food is on point every time and the prices are reasonable on the baked goods the food plates you are going to spend about 15 for a small plate in 20 for a regular size plate, but that is to be expected. I think in Atlanta at this point go for the food and don’t have any expectations about anything else.

I had a great experience at this vegetarian restaurant! The service was amazing the lady from Guyana who helped me was so kind and welcoming. I ordered the veggie plate with cabbage, chickpeas, and a delicious tofu dish , everything was fresh, flavorful, and seasoned perfectly. It’s always a win when the food and service both leave you smiling. I’ll definitely be back!

She didn’t speak when I walked in. But she avidly spoke to Leroy who came in after me. Made me feel like she didn’t want to be bothered or was ready to go. But perked up with Leroy. Had me waiting for my drink. She forgot to give it to me because… Leroy. I asked if he’s a regular. She stated he is. But her knowing this was my first time should have given me the same energy. The dairy free desserts looked tasty. I may never know though because of my initial experience.

I had to meet this restaurant in the middle with 3 stars, but its my fault for not asking the price before I paid it. I asked for 1 side of cabbage to go. I tapped my card, she asked if I wanted the receipt and I said no. Just now I received the email receipt and $10.60 was the price for 1 side of cabbage. I was in the area and a bit hungry. I understand that clean eating cost more but darn. I must be spoiled by the $4 cabbage I get from Golden Crust. Lets keep her open but the price of a side must decrease for me to return. It was tasty

I’m vegan again! My body just better appreciates the food choices. That said, it’s hard out here for a V. My area has absolutely NO vegan restaurants, and I have to drive 35-40 minutes for one. The drive here definitely proved worthwhile. Upon entering, I explained that it was my first time and was welcomed and thanked with a smile. I ordered two 3-item plates just to try a few dishes. On one, I had BBQ tofu, kale, and rice and peas. Everything was delicious, and I love saucy “meat.” On the other plate I had cabbage, curry tofu and pumpkin. Loved the flavors for the most part, but the pumpkin would have to grow on me. I guess I’m more accustomed to the flavor of sweet potato. The servings are HUGE, and I ate leftovers for two days, which were still delicious after it was reheated. Thanks for accommodating my dietary needs and making this journey a little easier. Will definitely return.

This place is awesome! The staff is awesome! My dad took me here one day and I’ve been coming ever since! I eat here maybe 2/3 times a week! They have the BEST vegan mac ever! Ever! The curry is delicious, I always get the same thing so I can’t speak for the other items but the Tarts are sooo flaky and tasty and the drinks are top tier! 10/10
