Was dying for to eat chowmine , so chose Chef Lin for chinese food. Me and my mom tried Lo Mein and Teriyaki beef with cold drinks. Food was okay can rate them 7 out of 10. It is open space food court so they will give you food in packets so can have it any where around the dining. Price $10 + for each item.

Very authentic Chinese food, so glad I tried it. Will come back again next time when I am in this mall.

Great Chinese food. Scroll down to the “Chinese dishes” section for real food. The regular sections are for folks who cannot appreciate Chinese food.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I can’t wait to come back to try some other dishes, I think what some of the other reviews don’t mention is that this is actually closer to authentic Chinese food rather than the American kind. I got the spicy beef (might be called something else, number 26 on menu), but in Chinese it would normally be called water cooked beef or volcano beef. It’s the best I’ve had in the area!!! The flavor was amazing and comforting! They have this dish in a few other sit down restaurants that charge more, who knew a mall restaurant would beat them?! The portion was good, the price was more than reasonable, I was surprised that the panda Express close by had a line and Chef Lin didn’t! If you’re a foodie in the mood for Chinese food, give this place a try instead of the Asian chain places nearby, it’s way better! I honestly am so surprised, but I would not recommend it if I didn’t feel so strongly that this place is a true gem! Also, another review mentioned that there were little rocks in their food, I’m guessing that was a Sichuan peppercorn, it is a common ingredient in Sichuan dishes. If you bite it, it gives off a mouth numbing sensation, it pairs well with spicy foods. Don’t be deterred by them, but also don’t eat them, it’s for flavoring.

Tasty and prepped with all healthy veggies and other ingredients. Highly recommend the tofu kung pao with fried rice for vegetarians. Also, fair price.

It’s been ages since I had Mongolian BBQ. I love how you can pick whatever the veggies you want to put in your dish, choose your meat then however much sauce you want. Great part is that they cook what you chose right in front of you. So fresh and hot!

No flavor. It’s not the authentic flavor of Singapore fried noodles. Two stars for great portion but they are mainly noodles not proteins and veggies

I made my own Mongolian bbq and it came out pretty good. I also ordered bean curd with pork which was full of wonderful flavor with a nice kick from the jalapenos. There are a handful of items that I want to try so I guess I need to come to the mall more often.
Update: finally found a reason to drop by the mall so I can eat here again. I ordered pork belly with leek and it was spot on delicious. This mall eatery serves better Chinese food than most restaurants I’ve tried.

Nice sure why the low score. But this is our go-to place for a quick bite of Chinese food at the mall. The owner / staff is super nice and helpful and they will try to make whatever you want to order work – for example, can add or remove things from a dish and still turn out to be delicious. Thank you!
