The food is amazing!! I love the honey hot pizza and you can taste they use high quality ingredients!! Today was our first time ordering the Nutella zeppoles and it was slight crispy and super soft inside! My kids devoured it!

Noticed that the pizzas were cooked in a wood fired oven (which I know makes wonderful pizzas), so I decided to try some slices. Pizza crust was light, little chewy, and flavorful, but some slices had too much char on it which made parts of it inedible. Some slices tasted very salty, not sure if it was the actual cheese or the sauce that tasted very salty. Some slices were very good, too. Service was ok. Parking is limited to the very few spaces in front, nearby adjacent streets, or whatever is available in the nearby lot.

Absolutely the best pizza I have ever had! And as someone who loves their pizza.. this one hits hardest!! Thin, but elegant with fluffy crust and just enough cheese with an excellent sauce. Chefs kiss for Chef Gigi’s!! Tasty pizza you’re sure too love.

Pizza is really outstanding. Dough is tasty- pizzas are creative and delicious. Even delivered, it really is good.
However, I’ve ordered 5x from there and 3/5 times the order was wrong. As in, completely different pizza was sent. First couple of times, I wrote it off. Last time, I called and complained- was told the manager is out and he’d get back to me. I’m still waiting.
The pizza is good but not good enough to look past the frustrations of an incorrect order. Really a shame. Could have been a really special place.

I stopped by Farina 00 Chef Gigi’s Place and ordered a Margherita Pizza, and I was genuinely impressed. The pizza tasted really good and immediately reminded me of the Neapolitan-style pizzas I had at various restaurants during my time in Italy. While it wasn’t 100% identical to the pizza I had over there (which is totally expected), it came very close, and I could tell real effort was put into capturing that authentic flavor and texture.
It completely met my expectations, and I walked away very satisfied. I’ll likely come back in the future to try more from their menu. If you’re looking for a solid Neapolitan-style pizza without hopping on a flight to Naples, this place is definitely worth checking out.

Delicious food, the whole menu is outstanding. The pizza is the best on Long Island because it’s REAL pizza. Made with quality and real ingredients, you can taste the difference. The oven creates the perfect char, the topping are exceptional. This place is so underrated!

This was my first time ordering from Chef Gigi’s, and I opted for Delivery, as they had a great promotion. The first thing worth celebrating: the delivery time was accurate to the minute! I thought, “There’s no way it will be here by then…” and I was right on time. Kudos for time management, efficiency and accuracy!
All 3 pizzas were phenomenal: Salsiccia Pizza, Prosciutto E Funghi Pizza and Pizza Cacio E Pepe. The flavor and freshness of the ingredients shine, and it’s a revelatory experience to have them combine once you bite into a slice. My favorite was the Prosciutto E Funghi, very closely followed by the Salsiccia Pizza. The toppings don’t distract from the rest of the pizza; and the sausage was savory and perfectly crumbled. The pizza crust didn’t disappoint and the wood-firing does have a distinct texture and taste. High praise all around.
I look forward to sampling more of the menu after this experience!

first time here – came for the September pasta sale. rigatoni carbone was delicious but the other two pastas were spinach-based. i neither requested this nor do i like the funky-earthy aftertaste of spinach-based pasta . the reviews and pics do NOT show green pasta . It’s really strange to make such a drastic substitution without calling the customer
we live thirty minutes away so we ate the pasta (that we didn’t order) and made the best of it
texted the owner on his feedback link twice without a response
went in person on Wed to speak
with owner and instead spoke with his very pleasant employee who said he wasn’t in but would forward the message – never heard back
there are a lot of reviews here and on yelp regarding the service (wrong orders, attitude etc.) – maybe this is a part-time hobby for him and not a serious business ?
gave them three opportunities to remedy this situation before posting this review

Everything was delicious !! They are always good. NOW with the 8.2 review from Pizza President the wait may be longer but worth the wait. So give yourself time to place your order. We eat inside the restaurant and everything was fantastic.
