Chef Devin was super-friendly and made my wife and I ordered the jerk chicken and salmon with rice and veggies, cabbage and beans, and it was amazing! The truck is located more south on Hospital Drive, right before the staff parking lot. I definitely want to get a beef patty next time, and will be letting others know to check out this gem of a food truck!

Chef Devin of Chef Explosions personality was as good as his food! We ordered oxtails, jerk chicken and salmon and rice. All of the dishes were made to order and freshly prepared. Chef Devin smiled and chopped carrots, cabbage and onions for each dish. We also had his specialty fresh squeezed berry drink. We will be returning soon

The beef patty was extremely delicious!!! I ordered 3 and shared with a co-worker and it was soooooo good. We all really enjoyed it. The coco bread was fluffy and was a nice snack for a quick filling!
