There was a small cockroach in my ramen. When I went to complain about it at the counter, I was able to get a refund but the cooks were absolutely unbothered about it. Be very careful and check your order before you start eating it.

I’ve tried this place before and the food itself is good, which is why this was so disappointing. During my visit, I witnessed an employee brushing their teeth in the kitchen sink, visibly in the same area where food is prepared, and spitting into the sink. I could not bring myself to place an order and even when mentioned to the cashier she shrugged it off as if this is normal behavior.
That completely overshadowed the quality of the food. Sanitation and food safety are non-negotiable, and seeing something like that raises serious concerns about overall cleanliness and standards.
The food may be good, but sanitation matters just as much. I hope management takes this seriously and corrects it immediately.

If you’re craving Ramen in a large food hall with a lot of options, this place holds its own and doesn’t disappoint. It’s spice level is good (for the average spice tolerance person). The staff was also professional.

We ALWAYS like to try different restaurants when we visit a city. During our many trips to Legacy Hall, we decided to try the hibachi. I am sure glad we did! The food was delicious and flavorful. The atmosphere and vibe are always great! We will definitely come eat and hang out again!

BEST fried rice dish out there – got it with the NY Strip steak – could also get it with chicken, shrimp, and other meats – it is simply the best tasting dish I’ve had – I love that they put a little ginger on it – makes it absolutely pop! My favorite place at Legacy West. ADD – went back and got the fried rice dish with the FILET MIGNON – awesome!!! Friend got the salmon – looked sooo good!
