Just ate this food, so I’m probably way too happy to be doing this review. Chef Chen is some of the best Chinese take-out I’ve had in a long while. Very delicious American-Chinese take out. This food has food in it. Plenty of veggies and egg . The Spring Rolls were not greasy and tasted great . The fortunes were friendly. I ate too much, but enjoyed every bite. Plenty left over.

The best thing was the spring roll. I ordered hot braised wings and fried rice for lunch and was horribly disappointed. The fried rice wasn’t fresh, and both the wings and rice had a bad aftertaste. The wings were also way too massive for my liking. I ended up throwing the majority of it away. So upset I wasted my money.

I’ve ordered from this place pre-Covid, and really enjoyed their food. However today I have to rate them a 1 star because there is hair in my food. My child was eating her broccoli when she noticed long pieces of black hair on her plate. I took a picture of one still wrapped around the broccoli. It doesn’t take much to put on a hair net when you’re cooking for the public. Irregardless of my previous experience this is gross and unsettling.
