Brian not only makes the BEST tots I have ever ate in my entire life, he is a genuinely nice person. Love supporting businesses like his and his wife’s when I know the food is made with love and comes from a wholesome family. (Also who doesn’t like potatoes?) I tried both the chili tots and the classic—both wonderful and fried fresh. Devoured the chili ones too fast for a pic, but did remember to take a pic for the classic! Can’t wait to come back to try more mouth-watering things on their menu 🙂

What a great place to fill up during a shopping trip. We were looking for a place to grab something tasty and not chain and saw reviews for Chef B’s on our way to Clarksburg Outlets. We were glad to have a chance to look at the menu online before we got there or we might have been unable to decide. We had the French Toast strips and the Cornfield Maize (added an egg on top) and both were perfectly prepared absolutely delicious. I think I can get my BF to stop at the outlets a bit easier now that we’ve found this cute little food truck. Be back as soon as we can!

I work at the food court next to the food trunk and got bored of the usual food I order for my break. So I came to try something new, and got the Ohio Hangover. Maybe it was because I hadn’t eaten all day and it was a busy day, but it hit just the spot. Good flavor, nice and warm, crispy outside, soft inside, aesthetic presentation (which by the way, it may just be a truck but it’s decorated much nicer than anything else I’ve seen in the outlet, a lot of character), serving size was filling but not overwhelmingly so (imo) and the guy was so nice! I wasn’t expecting to get anything extra but he threw in the toasties for me to share with my coworkers which we loved as well. Unfortunately I’m still in college and don’t make enough to make this a regular meal, but it’s definitely something I’ll get to treat myself to something special!

Chef B is delightful and so are his creations! We found this place accidentally on our way home from DC and I’m so glad we did!
The lil trailer itself is cute as hell and the ordering system is very easy. There’s also a really good variety of condiments available along with wet naps. A small but really helpful thing to offer. Chef B popped his head out to let us know he was available if we had questions, and he told us the tots are made from scratch. Count me in!
The tots are fantastic, fried to perfection without any greasy flavor. When you bite into them you can even see the seasonings in these flavorful little tatos. The accompanying awesome sauce is far better than I anticipated with a complex flavor profile.
I had the WTF and it was by far the best hot dog I’ve had on the east coast. Every bit of it was delicious – the dog itself, the bun, each individual topping, and the combination of all the flavors together. Really top notch stuff.
My partner had the wakey wakey breakfast sandwich and was incredibly happy with his choice. He usually puts sriracha on things he consumes (tip of the hat to Chef B for having packets on hand) and he never put a single drop on his sandwich! He remarked how good the pork belly was and I noticed the stellar cheese pull.
Wait time was very short, food quality was really excellent, and Chef B is a pretty cool guy. He is clearly putting his whole being into the foods he’s making, don’t sleep on his delicious offerings!!

This place was DELICIOUS!!! We got the chickie in da baskie, ohio hangover, and their featured dessert – fried cherry hand pies. We were so impressed – we loved EVERYTHING! We live nearby, so this is dangerous to have such a tasty food truck nearby. The owners were also very friendly and service was quick. We will be back and we’d recommend stopping by!

Chef B’s Diner provides great friendly service and amazing food! Everything is well crafted with unique flavors and quality ingredients!!! We cannot wait to go back!! Highly recommend the Maryland Hangover and the Blue Pill smoothie, but you can’t go wrong with ANY of the items! Even the brownie had the perfect balance of moist texture and sophisticated flavor without being too rich or sweet — chocolate perfection!!

Friendly service at the window and food was right on schedule. We tried the tots and pork belly, and loved being able to see the tots fried fresh upon ordering. The sauce served with the tots was creamy, tangy, and tumeric-y. Nice little place doing food from scratch.

If you have not had these crab infused homemade tots, you were me yesterday and I didn’t know what was missing from my life until I tried them today. These are amazing! I will be back again and again. And they have no gluten in them!! I highly reccomend everyone go and try them, you will be very happy you did.
