Reviews
We ordered the Vegetable Egg Foo Young, 8-Pc Fried Prawns, 4-Pc Egg Roll, Sweet & Sour Pork, Szechuan Chicken, Lemon Chicken, Cashew Chicken, Vegetable Fried Rice, and Vegetable Chow Mein.
Holy-Moly! This was a lot of food for 4 of us, but we still have tons of leftovers, and can’t wait to eat them for breakfast in a few hours.
The two people that took our order were (possibly the owners) Rebecca and her son Joshua. They were both perfectly polite, helpful, and just cool! The food was not greasy, it was hot, huge portions, perfectly cooked, and the inside of the restaurant was clean and well lit. The best thing for my wife was the fact that her hair didn’t smell like that greasy food smell when we got home.
We will definitely be hitting this Chef Bo’s restaurant whenever we get that craving for some Chinese food!

Other than that all good.
I really enjoyed my lunch…. In a very very long time.
The mood of this restaurant is so pleasant and the staff is so very nice and prompt.
The flavor is perfect. So good!
I mean I just knew it from walking in…they barely had open tables 🙂
The Steamed rice was nothing special; it was your typical Chinese restaurant steamed rice, but it was definitely better than the Panda Express Steamed rice.
The Broccoli beef was good. It was not overly sweet and had a good flavor profile overall. Its sauce was well-made, and it was cooked well, but it only seemed like it had been reheated when we received it.
The sweet and sour chicken was awful, and I could barely eat it. It was anything but sweet and sour; it also had a weird texture. It also seemed like it was reheated, then had some extra sauce slapped on top of it. I would have also thought it was made yesterday.
The Kung Po Chicken was good, but it was overly salty, and it was the only item that didn’t seem like it had been reheated from something that had been sitting for an hour.
Overall, my experience was good, and this may have been due to the time we arrived, which was 5 pm. This is also my first experience here, but I am unlikely to come again due to the poor food quality. The staff had a neutral attitude.
The service was great and extremely fast. They served us appetizers in a matter of minutes and the main food came in about 5 minutes.
I ordered shrimp fried rice wuth vegetables and my husband ordered broccoli beef
