This used to be the BEST place in Tennessee to get a CUSTOM cheesesteak. I’ve used to stop in here twice a week for around 10 years, and havent been able to visit for the last 5 years… now it’s completely gone to SHIT!!!… They no longer make then to order, they mix up and cook all the meat “in the morning” and keep it warm throughout the day to serve… your only options are 6 inch or footlong only and they expect you to pay$12 for a 6″ and $17 for a 12″ sandwich that’s not even fresh made… I’ll NEVER stop here again and I recommend nobody else does either…

The cheesesteaks were good but needed seasoned. We also had cheese fries they needed to be cooked a little longer and needed salt. But the big kicker was the lady behind the counter was talking about her kid needed to be picked up at school because she pooped on her self but she was using foul language. And was going on and on about it with another employee working their. So with that being said. It was hard to enjoy our lunch. I had to stop eating and throw away half my sandwich.

A lot has changed since 2018, which was my first time eating here. Back then, your philly cheese steak was made to order, the fry cut and fried on the spot, and the lemonade with freshly squeezed lemons per cup. That was 5 star dining! Today, the customer service was excellent. The food was good, but you only have two options now steak and cheese or traditional. No fresh fries or lemonade. Overall I rate it at a 3.

Dont waste your time the cheesteak was trash its sad you had one of the best sandwiches before …they ruined it meat heating up in a microwave wast so dry it was like eating beef jerkey…must be new owners….dam shame a subway steak and cheese is better…

The store itself is good enough & they have some nice employees but DO NOT waste your money on a cheesesteak here. They should be ashamed of themselves charging $17 for that garbage. At best, it’s a $10 sandwich. Quality stinks & the size is embarrassing.
