The servers were nice and attentive. The food though was very salty and was just kind of meh with not much meat. The turkey bacon club tasted a lot better than the old school cheesesteak which is sad for a restaurant claiming to be a chessesteak place. The cheese fries with bacon were so salty and inedible we just tossed them. The bread they use was very good and the milkshake was also delicious. For the price (35 dollars for two people) and salt content though we just won’t go back.

Today was my first time trying charley’s cheese steak. The gentleman that took my order was also the one making the food. He took my order with the same gloves he was making the food with. I paid cash. He touch the cash and coins then went back to make the order that was in front of me with THE SAME GLOVES on! Had to ask him to change out his gloves before preparing my food. Staff needs to be trained on proper food handling. This place is Expensive and had very little meat on the sandwich. Not worth the $17 for a large sandwich (The Old school).
Disappointed, was looking forward to the food. Won’t be ordering from here again!

This is my first negative review. I’m a big fan of Charley’s Cheesesteaks and have loved their sandwiches and especially buffalo chicken sandwich for years. However, this was not a good experience. They wouldn’t honor the coupon I had gotten from a different Charleys. That’s OK. None of the employees wore hair nets. My one sandwich took an extraordinary amount of time. The worst part is that it tasted terrible. It simply tasted like bread drenched in hot sauce. It was so spicey and bad that I couldn’t finish it. I haven’t given up on Charley’s but I will never eat at this one again and I will ever order a Buffalo chicken again.

Nothing to do with the cashier. All about food prep/quality. Went in this evening, because Wingstop wasn’t accepting orders due to the Super Bowl. This is a fairly new location. Ordered a 4pc Boneless & Fry w/fries, a 6pc Classic Wings, and One Combo Meal-Large Teriyaki w/fries and Reg Icee. $35.24. I understand that prices have to go up, but at least give us quality food and a little more substance! Neither of which was received this evening. The classic wings were the worst I’ve ever purchased anywhere. No meat whatsoever. Nothing to bite into except the skin. Also, looked like they refried them. The chicken had that gray (old) color. The 4 tiny boneless wings were dry and greasy. The sandwich was dry, and lacking the Teriyaki part. I’d say a 2/5 for sandwich to give them the benefit of the doubt. Don’t recommend. Doubt I will ever return. The one at the Forum is much better.

It’s OK, $15 for a cheesesteak and small fry. Cheesesteak was nowhere near some of the best I have had. The claim of “#1” or “worlds best” is a lot to live up to. Unfortunately Charley could not live up to it but few can. It wasn’t horrible though. Replace the lettuce and tomato with mushrooms and onions and you can’t lose. The fries were an unusually small portion but I dont need a lot anyway. Service was great. Offered ketchup and asked if I needed anything else. Not much but that’s all it takes. Good kid working there.

I’m not one to post negative reviews but felt this was warranted. Waited 15 minutes just to order. Waited 15 minutes for food (1 order of regular bacon cheese fries). Carbonation wasn’t working in soda machine but they wouldn’t refund our sodas unless we cancelled our entire order. Not impressed.

Was way over charged for the order. The wanted to argue with me. Charged me for food I did not get and then didn’t want to take care of there mistake. The kids they have working there do not have any concept of customer service. The service here is absolutely horrible. Won’t be eating there any longer!!!! Sat away from there

The two girls were terrible. I asked for Cajun seasoning on my fries my fries were undercooked, and I got less fries the second time and when I bit off a fry, she put the same fries back in the fryer and gave them back to me when I asked cause she fried them a little longer ma’am, you were supposed to let me keep the fries or let me throw the fries away or you throw the fries away, but you were never supposed to put those fries back in the fryer terrible and just plain nasty bc this a regular fry?????

I ordered three sandwiches, with fries, they made the sandwiches and looking all hot and fresh. Then left the open containers on the counter, and THEN dropped fries. So the food sat there getting cold and soggy while the fries cooked. The picture here is the old school cheese steak, where’s are the onions? Then I got about 10-12 fries that are too salty to eat for $3!!?? What a waste of money. 1st and last visit to a Charley’s. Also, all of the tables were dirty. Maybe you need to retrain at this location.

Store is dirty and short staffed all the time. Do not order chicken nuggets for kids, they are burnt beyond recognition. Also those grills looked pretty dirty.
