I highly recommend this place if you love anything cheesecake. We tried the ube mini, banana mini, & the amaretto mini. We also tried the upside down pineapple cheese cake slice & the crème brûlée flan slice! My absolute favorite is the upside down pineapple cheesecake 10/10 my big back self could eat a whole pan of this one it was so good. My boyfriend LOVED the Ube cheesecake! The banana pudding mini (i think that’s what it’s called) was AMAZING OMG 10/10. The crème brûlée flan was good, but I’m also not a fan of flan in general, but my boyfriend liked it! The amaretto was actually so good!! I can’t wait to come back and try more especially the Oreo cheesecake sorry for the half eaten minis I just couldn’t help myself

We ordered two cheesecakes from here for my birthday- the pineapple upside down cheesecake and the ube cheesecake. They were absolutely amazing and beautiful cheesecakes. We absolutely loved the pineapple upside down one. It had a layer of cake on top of the cheesecake and was delicious. And my family went crazy for the ube one! The price of the cheesecakes was very good knowing how much the ingredients cost and that this is a small business ran by one person. He puts a lot of love into his cheesecakes and you can absolutely tell. Looking forward to trying more flavors in the future.

This Oreo cheesecake was an absolute showstopper. I got it for my partner’s birthday (he’s a serious cheesecake lover), and he immediately said it was the best cheesecake he’s ever had — which is saying a LOT. The Oreo flavor was rich but not overpowering, the cheesecake itself was insanely creamy, and every bite felt perfectly balanced and indulgent without being too heavy. It was the kind of dessert where everyone goes quiet because they’re too busy enjoying it. Total crowd-pleaser, birthday win, and now officially our go-to cheesecake. I would 100% order this again!

I have been meaning to stop in here for a while now. A few months ago I found out that they do vegan cheesecakes which is a rarity… especially for this area. Brian and his partner were so happy and passionate about what they make. It was really enlightening getting to talk to him about his vegan desserts. I am really blown away by how amazing these are! This place is a total gem and it makes me happy to see how well they’re doing and how in demand his vegan stuff is. Please stop in and support them!

This review is long overdue, but well deserved. Cheesecake Chinos truly makes some of the best cheesecakes around — rich, flavorful, and always made with care. We’ve worked with them before and still order from time to time because the quality is consistently top-notch.

The photos speak for themselves! We ordered a Baklava cheesecake and my husband and I are in trouble! It is the first time trying a cheesecake here and it is the most delicious cheesecake we have ever had. Not lying! It is SLAMMIN’! Loved the crust! Loved everything about it. I was never a big fan of cheesecake. I saw the sign and decided to give it a try seeing that my husband likes cheesecake, but to my surprise it surpassed the typical cheesecake. I had the banana pudding cake and it was absolutely delicious. I would definitely order this cake again and I plan to sample some of the other varieties. Wow!!! describes Brian’s cheesecakes!! we visited the springs from sebastian and I always try local eats. I purchased a 4 sampler pack. the flan, tiramisu, key lime and banana cream cheesecakes. the Flan was my favorite. all hit the flavors perfectly. If i lived close as you guys, I would have my office catered from here for that 1400hr sweet craving!!

For all the cheesecake lovers out there, if you have not paid Cheesecake Chinos a visit I promise you it’s a must!! His flavors are amazing! I haven’t tried anything yet that I didn’t like. I was never a cheesecake lover but let me tell you the game has changed for me! I will not pass up the chance to grab me a slice or order a whole one when I can. It’s worth every minute of my 45 min drive!
