09/2025 UPDATE They “changed the concept”. It is now like a deli but with the same name?? I will never return. So sad as this was my fav spot in Encore. Gross
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE Love, love, love Cheese Meet Wine at Encore. Ayuob , Pete, Richie, and KC always take great care of us. Everything is always fresh and tastes delicious. The wine selection is superb. It’s our favorite at Encore. Come! You won’t be disappointed.

Girls night out. Dropped by here for a quick bite before some gaming. Fantastic Ital sandwich. Very well made. Perfect texture. Perfect flavor pairing. Last night myself and a party of 6 others had such a great experience at Cheese Meet Wine. Our waiter, Pete, was the best part of it. He was so knowledgeable about every wine and elements on the charcuterie board. He created such an immersive and elaborate experience taking us on a journey of wines through multiple regions of the world. All of which were of amazing quality and my new favorites. I also have a gluten allergy and he was so accommodating to make my own separate dish and made it a point to not take away from my tasting experience. Can’t wait to go back!

summary: The staff was short-handed, so the service was super slow. It took nearly an hour to get the fondue we ordered. Our server was professional, but not particularly friendly when answering questions about the menu. I can understand though, as he was busy. He gave us a dish with cheese, hams, and grapes, as an extra service for the delay, and charged us $9 for it. The fondue itself was good and the wine was okay. What I didn’t appreciate was the server bringing us a bill without the list of items we ordered.
♀️would I revisit this place? Probably not, unless they hire more staff to serve.

My mother and I stayed at the encore for a mother’s day getaway and once I told Ayoub that I had never had wine before, he went into super teacher mode. He brought out 7 bottles of wine for me to try and taught me about all the different types. He had great recommendations for the charcuterie board and what paired well together. He had us laughing the whole time and really made it a great experience overall. Honestly… it was the best restaurant experience ive had in a long time if not ever. 10/10. Go see Ayoub!!! You won’t regret it!!!

We had the most amazing experience here tonight for my Granny’s 90th birthday celebration! I’ve been dining at many lovely restaurants, but have never had such stellar service as we had tonight. Ayoub anticipated our every need and curated an impeccable evening for us all. The food was amazing and that was wonderful, but the service was the icing on the cake!! The charcuterie board was delicious and looked beautiful. My server Ayoub was fantastic and very attentive. I started off with a glass of wine and he asked me what kind I like. I love red wines, Cabernet specifically and he brought me several to try and was very knowledgeable and on point which each one. Overall excellent experience, can’t wait to go back!
