Family-oriented fast-food chain serving build-your-own burgers & shakes in a retro 1950s setting.

I LOVE IT. It is so awesome and colorful. The woman’s bathroom has batwoman on the door. You will not be bored here. You can create your own burgers, salads, fries, and shakes. Most of the toppings are free, not all though. The food is delicious! The music is amazing! 50s And 60s music. 10/10 would come again.

Horrible! Place was not clean: rugs, tables, bathrooms, etc. Only 3 tables used when we entered and it took time for someone to take us to a table. Asked for a booster seat twice. Finally brought one on the third request. Food was not impressive. Staff looked unhappy to be working at the place. A party of 8 walked in and left when they realized no one was seating them. Another couple looked around and walked out. Obviously, even with the previous reviews, the owner doesn’t care whether they stay in business, because there has not been any attempt to improve. It’s a shame, since the downtown has really developed and this place should be doing a great business. We will not be returning.

As has been said before, service is certainly not fast. We were the only ones in there (party of 4 adults, 3 children). Food was about 40-45 minutes from ordering to getting anything.
There was a lot of stuff that they “did not have” (such as bacon. Seriously, a burger place is out of bacon? Also was out of 4 or 5 other items)
While this is mildly “annoying” for burgers and fries, I must say the food iteself was very good. I like well done burgers, and mine was well done. NOT dry and crappy, but just well done. The fries had a garlic like seasoning on them, and were thoroughly enjoyable.
Thankfully, the children were not fussy at all, so the wait wasn’t a huge deal. Even if service is slow, I forgive it if the food compensates. In this case, the food was more than good enough to overlook the slow service/food delivery.
I would be willing to go back – as long as time was not a concern. One thing for the place to take into account though – when you are relying on food to compensate for a lot of other shortcomings, you need to make sure the food is always spot on. You give yourself no leeway in the event of an incorrect order, or a problem. But again, we had no such issues here.

I thought the food was good. I liked the fact that you have so many toppings to choose from and you get to essentially build your own burger. Prices are reasonable. The kids liked the 50’s atmosphere and seemed to have a good time. The service was fine . Our waiter took our order within 5 minutes of arrival . The food took about 20 minutes to arrive. Overall my experience was OK, nothing to write home about. I will probably go back . It’s a good place for lunch with the kids if you are in downtown Easton.

Unbelievably bad! I can confirm the majority of bad reviews here. Went here after a show at the State Theater. It looked fun from the outside, with it’s retro 50’s style and decor. I should have heeded the warning sign when you first enter: “This is not a fast food restaurant. Your food is made to order” (To paraphrase). The place was not crowded when we went. As my daughter was deliberating over what drink to order the waitress is getting noticeably annoyed, because we must be keeping her from her usual do-nothing job. Placed an order for two sodas, two hamburgers, and fries at 5:40pm. Pretty simple stuff. The drinks came out quickly. (Bravo!). Then the burgers didn’t arrive until 6:25pm. 45 minutes to cook TWO LOUSY BURGERS! And NO fries. (We had to nurse our drinks to have something left by food time). So I ask about the fries. “Coming right up.” I’m told. 10 minutes later still no fries, and the burgers are long finished. I’ve had enough and tell the waitress we’re leaving and I want my check. “Do you still want your fries? We can always pack them for you to go,” she said. How convenient of you, when we wanted our fries WITH our meal! (Believe it or not, I said yes, because I’m a pushover and we did want fries anyway). 10 more minutes pass before she returns with my check and an apology, “I’m sorry, the cook has only started cooking your fries now.” Amazing. Possibly THE worst service I’ve ever encountered.

Just terrible. Expensive and yet the food is cooked horribly. The service was downright sad, one guy looked stoned out of his mind and had to ask him the same thing 3 times. The hostess or whatever had a bit of a attitude. There was no one to greet me when I first walked in, and being my first time I didn’t know where to go for take out. My fries were soggy and and couldn’t finish them. Beautiful set up for a restaurant, but terrible people and cooks who are going to run it into the ground. My suggestion… find new staff and fix the place.

Staff was helpful and friendly even though they sat around talking fir a min or two when we walked in to finish their conversation before seating us (only ones there at an off hour). Burger was fresh and we’ll seasoned and frys were delicious and healthier being cooked in peanut oil. Price was reasonable and decor was interesting. Did not try the shakes but wish we had. Would return and would recommend to a friend.

Décor and atmosphere are great! Food was good! Service was terrible- restaurant only 20% full. We were seated and 15 minutes later we had a waitress take our order- 15 minutes later our meal came out. My drink was taken for refill- didn’t come back til 5 minutes later after I asked. The table next to us stayed dirty with a wet dirty cloth on it from the time we got there til after we left. Very disappointed because I had stopped in when the restaurant had first opened and was very pleased with the service. I visited other cheeburger’s and enjoyed the enthusiasm of the staff and service. Too bad this one has gone downhill!

Today was my first time going there. I loved the decor of the restaurant. The young lady who took my order was extremely nice. It took about 10 minutes to get my food after I ordered. The food was fresh and it was delicious. I will definitely be going back.

Wow. The Easton location is a restaurant in its way out of business. For the price I don’t expect to drink out of a sad plastic cup. I also don’t expect service to be glacial. The place doesn’t even take credit cards anymore. I saw most people turn around and leave after reading that. My waiter expected me to walk to the back and get change rather than bring change back to my table like literally everywhere else. The meal was a disgrace. They changed to a mushy crappy veggie burger from the one they used to have that was great. My fries looked like the shrapnel from the bottom of the bag. Half of them were less than half an inch long. Used to be a regular customer. No more.
