Wanted to try this new location out! Wait time wasn’t too bad, 15min for a table of 3. They had runned out of the honey butter for the biscuit, hence the picture without. But our waiter Tristan went above and beyond, and he got us some honey butter! So yummy! Salmon was tender. The chicken tender platter Really enjoyed the Honey Hot sauce!

We went to dine in to this Cheddar since it is a relatively new location in my area and I saw a few negative reviews on it and we wanted to check it for ourselves. For my experience, everything was great. The wait time to be seated was actually less than what we were told. The waiter was very attentive and took our order pretty fast. The food did not take long and it exceeded our expectations. Overall, a great experience and definitely I’ll be coming back to this location.

The restaurant is too small for the volume of customers! Add a 2nd floor or expand because this food is GOOOOOD!!

I really don’t know where to start with this review. I don’t give bad reviews marginal but not bad. Before I start post managers comped our bill… First we ordered water and lemon the water came and no lemons the waiter came back and took our order but didn’t take the menus are croissants came with no dishes to eat them on…with he did come back and we got the lemon and he still didn’t take the menus then my lunch came but not my wife’s my fries were terrible they would have been fresh 3 days ago my wife’s life came it was supposed to be creamy bacon potato soup it had the consistency of scalloped potatoes it was in a very small bowl …my lunch was served on a steel plate with paper because it was my birthday we ordered the fresh baked cookie with ice cream whipped cream and Cherry it’s always very very good this time the metal plate holding the cookie was ice cold the cookie would have been baked yesterday the ice cream was smeared all over because we had complained the manager comped the cookie so we called the manager back because the cookie was terrible I said if you’re going to come something you should be putting your best foot forward so she personally when and created a new dessert this one what’s closer to Cheddar’s standard. The restaurant is really not that busy so there is no excuse. I do believe because of the warmth of the food it had sat on a warming shelf. management indeed was very apologetic I will also admit this is a brand new store probably going through some growing pains and as I mentioned there were certainly very willing and helpful

Went to the new North 10th location, and it was great as usual. I’m a fan of Cheddars! Started off with a Painkiller (mixed drink from the bar), a complimentary honey-butter croissant(AMAZING) some Wisconsin cheese bites w/ ranch, which was the perfect app to go with my cocktail! For an entree I ALWAYS order the Dijon chicken & mushrooms w/ broccoli cheese casserole & green beans! My honey ordered the ribs & chicken strips w/ broccoli cheese casserole & red beans & rice. He loves their ribs! Our server Maddox, I think was his name, was great, he was personable, polite, and checked on us regularly! We had a great experience here! We will be back, real soon!

From from the lemon water without lemon, the cold appetizer that gave me a bad stomach ache, and the waiter basically hurrying us up to leave by trying to take our plates that still had food, I can tell you that wasn’t the worst thing that happened. I came here very excited for a lent meal, and left breaking lent. I ordered battered shrimp and penne pasta, and everything was fine until I looked down to find out one of my shrimp was actually CHICKEN. A small piece of chicken disguised as battered shrimp, I am very disappointed to say the least. I usually love cheddars but I am still so bummed out by this experience. Word of advice for everyone: DONT COME HERE DURING LENT.

I asked to be moved, and while it took a bit longer since they were short on servers, everything worked out in the end and we still had a good experience overall.
