Jay was a wonderful server! My friend had a problem with their streak and they took care of it instantly! The staff was super courteous and amazing. The food was delish otherwise, loved the chips and artichoke dip and my Country fried steak! Can’t wait to come back!

This experience was completely unacceptable.
While dining here with my children, we observed a cockroach crawling on the wall and table area where we were seated. To be very clear—my kids were sitting exactly where the insect was crawling, right next to our food. This is not an assumption; I have photos as proof.
I immediately notified staff, but our concern was ignored, and no urgency was shown despite the obvious health risk and the fact that children were involved. A manager later circled my receipt and stated that my order would be refunded. However, no refund was ever processed or received.
Between the unsanitary conditions, the lack of concern from staff, and the failure to honor the promised refund, this was a very disappointing and unsettling experience. Cleanliness and basic accountability should never be optional in a restaurant.
I would strongly urge management to address sanitation issues and ensure staff take food safety concerns seriously—especially when families are involved.

Came here with some friends and it was kind of a let down. The food wasn’t that good and also wasn’t seasoned that well. I got the chicken tender platter with side of steamed broccoli and a loaded potato. The broccoli was probably the best thing on my plate and that was after I added salt. The honey butter croissants were definitely a 10/10 so I recommend that 100%. My friends got the chicken fried steak and they also weren’t too impressed. The Wisconsin cheese bites were a hit at the table. Lastly, we got the buffalo chicken wrap and they messed up the order the first time a we had to wait another 10-15 minutes for the new food and we were already on a time crunch. The server and manager were nice! Painkiller drinks were amazing, though I would not put that much nutmeg in a drink.

Their menu has such a wide variety and a table of 4 enjoyed every entree ordered! The food was so delicious and genuinely tasted homemade! Two of us who ordered them, enjoyed the alcoholic drinks as well! The ambiance of the restaurant is so elegant, yet chill and comfortable. We’d definitely come back to try different items 🙂

A friend had her birthday dinner at the 31 NE 410 restaurant. First time at Cheddar’s. I must say, if you are craving good ole’ American home cooked style meals, then this is the place be. Nothing fancy, very rustic, family friendly. Service was great, Thanks for taking good care of us, Hanson! Price is typical for franchise restaurants. Clean toilets. (Very important!) Will come back soon.

This place was just fantastic and enjoyable all around, we loved every moment of our experience! The food was delicious and perfect, my buddy had one $5 cocktail and was ready to cry with tears of joy when he bit into that juicy barbecue bacon burger. The queso and chips were awesome, and the honey butter croissants were just the excellent cherry on top!!
Everything is very well priced, the staff were so kind and courteous, and the tablet at the table for splitting the bill and ordering is extremely convenient.
We’ll definitely be making this place a regular visit!

We were seated right away but then no one attended to us or a while. When someone finally came for our drink order, they asked if we had been waiting. We proceed to order our drinks and food BC we had already had a lot of time looking over the menu. When our food came out it was barely warm. Also, my son ordered fries and there was a baked potato instead. The food runner asked, yall didnt order that. I said no, she looked at the ticket and it said fries. She had to go back to get the fries. It just seemed very disorganized for 5pm. The restaurant did not seem very busy when we were there.
