This place is a solid choice for lunch or dinner. Their menu has something for everyone. Food quality is always top notch and service with a smile. I like how they have a burger or burrito and beer combo they offer. Stopped in tonight for dinner with family and everyone loved their meal. Pictured is the meatloaf dinner, mushroom and Swiss burger, and a full wet burrito. Don’t sleep on this place!

I had the breaded Salmon. To be very honest, the flavor was average at best. Tasted like frozen. If it was fresh, I would be very suprised. Really needs a saucier’s sauce. Iris was terrific and professional. 5***** her way. Vegetables – carrots were not done. I did not try the rest based on the carrots. The Lobster bisque was very good…I left my plate less then “clean”. Rice was over-cooked and taste was less than delicious for sure. My dinning parter had the 1/2 wet beef burrito and a glass of Cab. I am sure she would rate her dinner 4-5. Commented it was spicy. Perhaps this is how it is prepared.

We visited around 7:15 PM on Sunday evening, 3/8/26. My food was ok, but my wife’s meal was a disaster. She had the Bourbon Chicken. It consisted of a tiny piece of overcooked, dried-out chicken. Very tough to chew. It was NOT topped with onion straws as the menu advertised. The green beans were hard and also tough to chew. The rice was barely warm. All this for $15.99? How shameful.

Plenty of dark woods in main dining room and bar, along with covered and screened in patio. Great selection and large portions. So hard to find Liver & Onions anymore and it was cooked perfectly. Will definitely return!!

We sat at the bar, our bartender Alison was amazing very friendly, and observant. Drinks were Monday night was burger special night.we started out with the onion rings which were amazing the manager came over and told us she was bringing more out because they looked like a light serving! I had the Garlic burger & my boyfriend had the cowboy burger. Cooked to perfection and BBQ sauce and bacon aioli are amazing. Definitely coming back. Overall was the best burger I have had a place and a top overall experience dining in at a place

We stopped here on our drive to Chicago based on the good reviews and to try a Grand Rapids famous wet burrito. The staff was quite friendly and service was quick. Portion size was large! The Rueben was amazing! The meat had so much flavor and was quite tender. Great fries also, which is quite important. The burrito was big, stuffed with quality ingredients and topped with a flavorful sauce. Overall, this was a good choice for our lunch stop! We would recommend trying it out.

FRIDAY NIGHT! AFTER A SHORT WAIT WE WERE SEATED AT THIS BUSY PLACE. OUR MAN CONNOR WAS QUICK TO GET THE DRINKS STARTED. THE BAR MADE THEM PERFECT. THE FOOD WAS FANTASTIC. I ENJOYED A PERFECTLY MARBLED MEDIUM RARE PRIME RIB, SPECIAL ORDERED TO BE TOSSED ON THE GRILL TO CHAR A BIT. SERVICE MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE AS EVERYTHING CAME RIGHT ON TIME. Extensive menu for a bar pub. The ‘goulash’ was more macaroni and beef in tomato sauce (not the Hungarian goulash I think of) but was VERY tasty!
The BLT was crispy and plentiful. These were the luncheon sized plates and were more than ample.
Great selection of beers – more than one stout option, which is a real plus for me.
Service was very fast, accurate and friendly.
Would definitely recommend and come back again.
