I went with my family to this restaurant to give them another chance, hoping the service and overall experience had improved. Unfortunately, it was even worse than before.
I ordered a steak medium well, but it was served rare. When I pointed it out, the manager attempted to fix the issue, but the situation was handled poorly. To make things worse, they brought back the same steak, still cooked the same way.
It’s really disappointing because this used to be a place my family and I visited often. Sadly, I won’t be coming back—at least not to this location.

Visited this Cheddar’s for the first time.
We were in a hotel and it was nearby.
I googled the reviews and found many good ones.
We chose it because of the reasonable prices, home cooking and quiet atmosphere.
My wife chose 5 side dishes of vegetables, and I chose Grilled Salmon, on a bed of rice, with baby carrots and slaw.
We both were thoroughly satisfied with the servings, very healthy meals.
All food was tasty, the baby carrots were the best, slaw was both vinegar and mayonnaise, the red beans & rice very good.
My 5 Oz. Salmon was very good.
The carrot cake was outstanding.
We enjoyed a relaxing evening with a fine meal that was reasonably priced.
Our server, Haley M. was especially friendly, helpful, and refreshing.
Highly Recommended.

I visited Cheddar’s in the Woodlands / Spring area off I-45 and had an outstanding experience thanks to Stephanie and Tim. From the moment we were seated, they were attentive, kind, and genuinely focused on making sure our experience was top-tier.
I brought a friend out to eat, and when she wasn’t completely satisfied with one part of her dish, Tim immediately stepped in and fixed it without hesitation. His professionalism, calm demeanor, and attention to detail were truly impressive. It’s rare to see service handled that smoothly and respectfully.
I actually worked for Cheddar’s years ago, so I know hospitality when I see it. I can confidently say that Tim’s level of service stands out above anything I’ve experienced at Cheddar’s in the last 13 years. Stephanie was equally wonderful, checking in at just the right times and making us feel genuinely welcomed.
Because of them, this visit was memorable in the best way. Management should be proud to have both of them on the team. We will absolutely be back.

Dined here for lunch after Sunday church service. Waited for a table over 20 minutes for 7 people. Hostess was kind and gave updates periodically. Server was okay. Honey butter Croissants were warm and fresh. Ordered meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green beans. Meatloaf could’ve been cooked longer. Texture of the meat was off. Unsure why green beans are served sweet. Arnold Palmer was delicious. Side salad was fresh. I would return to this location.

Service after Ms. Tina leaves is horrible, very unprofessional, bar staff do not pay attention to details. Second night in a roll , charged for something I did not receive nor order. I address the issue with the hosting manager Yolanda Tue only to return Wednesday same issue. Order from the Happ hour meu receive full meu price. This local must retrain staff . I recommend everyone to visit the Conroe local once Tina retires after 16 GREAT yrs of service. Thank you Ms.Tina in advance.

Food is great, my server and his service was great.. but good lord you guys need to treat your employees better. There was no reason for me to see managers scolding servers in the hallway and there was no need for me to walk in the bathroom and hear the employees crying in the stalls and freaking out in the bathroom of how the managers are treating them. I feel so bad, like I came here a few times no problem. But this last time, I will never come back. I wasn’t going to leave a review but I can’t sleep thinking about it. Tomorrow I’m definitely calling corporate to report the matters.
