I went in to the cheddar restaurant to eat, I had only been in there once before and I had a very pleasant experience. This was even better. The food was phenomenal, the waitress was on point we never had to look for her or we never ran out of drink she was very specific on the orders. I will definitely be coming back for another steak! I have ate the potato soup which is very delicious and so is the bourbon smoked salmon! The food is reasonable and the staff makes you feel like they actually want your business Thankyou for that

Every time I visit Jonesboro I look forward to coming here. So far everything I’ve tried has been delicious. I’m addicted to the honey butter croissants. The grilled salmon is currently my favorite. The service has been great and the staff is warm and welcoming.

We shared a wonderful Valentine’s Day date, and had the pleasure of having Elena V. as our waitress. She was very polite, attentive, and hospitable. She was able to help us with our choices in what to order and very efficient in our questions we had with the menus and informative on the choices. 5/5 stars would come back and if I could I would give this server a 10/5. Thank you cheddars for a wonderful Valentine’s Day, and great service

Friday 2/20 not sure what was going on everything was off was told 20 mins for a table of 6 ( 4 adults 2 kids) over an hour later to be seated wish they where a little more honest about the wait lots and lots sitted while we waited. Took a long time to get an appetizer. Then the food came chicken fried chicken is what I had 1 was decently cooked but soggy from excess green bean juice 2nd was way over cooked much smaller then the first one gravy was water thin and not mixed well definitely not from scratch. Steaks where way over seasoned with something very spicy. Pork chop over cooked. After over 2 hours from entering the door to getting our food.

We had the spinach dip as a starter, and for the main dish we ordered the buffalo crispy chicken wrap, it was so good and great portion size! Lisa took care of our order and she truly was amazing! Wanted a steak but they have showed me they can’t cook a steak well done(no red) in the past. On this particular visit I got the fish, the fish had undone batter so I returned and just wanted a refund and to wash my hands with the establishment. The manager acted as if I couldn’t be a unsatisfied customer so he refused to give me a written confirmation of the refund I asked if he would provide. I also asked for his manager he couldn’t provide that other than a first name Tyler. I will never spend another dime here. He says I should receive a refund in the next four to five business days. I don’t understand why I was unable to get the refund in cash after I have already paid online and it’s came out of my account.
