I went with my wife and we ordered the same dish, 8oz sirloin. I didn’t like the wait time and also the time it took to prepare two simple dishes. We ordered the meat medium well and medium rare. The flavor was perfect. The only thing I didn’t like was the waiting time for service and for our dishes to arrive.

Great American style diner. Staff was very nice and friendly. We got seated right away and thank god we arrived right before their lunch rush because they did get busy quite a lot. Loaded fries were delicious too. Ranch was home made and complimented the fries amazingly. Great crispy chicken and country fried steak. Huge portions so come hungry. We eat at 2 different Cheddar’s in Nashville and one in Hendersonville Tennessee and both of them were excellent. Only draw back is at both places the fries were cold. But everything else was really good, and the service was wonderful and speedy…

My husband and I are from out of town and decided to stop in for lunch today. Everything from the food to the service was absolutely awesome! Natalie was our server, and she was a sweetheart! We ordered the Wisconsin cheese bites to start, and I highly recommend those! They are so light and fluffy! I ordered the chicken tender and shrimp combo, while my husband ordered the Whitefish with lemon pepper seasoning. Both entrees were incredible! The chicken tenders are battered perfectly, and the Whitefish melted right in your mouth! And don’t even get me started on the honey butter croissants! If we’re ever back in this area, we wouldn’t hesitate to return in a heartbeat.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience!!! The food is delicious! I’ve been going to Cheddars off and on the past few years. I recently moved to the area and this location is superb! Million served us! He truly cares about his people and does it with such ease. We went back again just to see him! I highly recommend you ask for him. I’m sure everyone else is wonderful but just giving you a heads up!

Our waitress was kind and nice but the manager David was awful, we are regulars here at this restaurant but not anymore. My husband’s ribs was really dry, we called the manager over to the table, his attitude suck and he lied to us and said the ribs supposed to fall off the plate not the bone. We thought we could get better service especially from a manager. I will let people know about the manager and to not eat here the service and food is awful and normally the food is good. I will let my followers know David the manager attitude and food sucks and not to come eat here

The last time I went to a cheddars was a year ago and I have not stopped thinking about them since. I could eat their croissants 24/7 and the monte Cristo is amazing. Service is amazing too. We arrived at a busy time, there was a miscommunication about our table and we didn’t get a server for a bit which was fine, the manager came and apologized and we got a lovely waitress! We ordered corn for our three year old, the waitress came out and told us there was a 10 minute wait on the corn, but the shrimp was already ready and wondered if we would like a different side. We got fries instead, but the shrimp ended up still being delayed in coming out so she said she would bring us the corn too since we had to wait anyways. Then the manger came over a bit later and said the corn on the cob was on his grill but it would still be a bit. We didn’t really need the corn anyways so we told him to not worry. Immediately after he left, our waitress came back with a small bowl of corn. We laughed at the confusion, then our three year old promptly dumped cocktail sauce into the corn, ruining it which made us laugh even harder. We also ordered the raspberry lemonade, the waitress accidentally brought us a strawberry refill instead which was perfect becusee we found we preferred the strawberry lemonade. Happy accident. 10/10 visit, would go again.

Kitchen staff seems sub par … someone took a smashing hammer to the bread, like chewing on a crouton.
Wisconsin cheese bites came out over cooked, dripping of grease, didn’t even try to strain them prior to plopping them on the parchment paper, sweet tea isn’t sweet, my salmon came out cooked like it was beef jerky, I sent it back, they bring the same piece of salmon back out, same sides “cold”, so I told the server, this is the same food, why would you bring me the same food? Apparently there was a mix up in the kitchen “again”. My meal is now free can’t beat free right?
Well they bring out a new piece of fish but guess what the sides were the same, “cold” they didn’t even try to remake the whole plate. Roughly 5-7 spoon fulls of rice under the fish.
Chicken that was ordered was bland, no seasoning, straight batter and fried. Bring your own seasoning kinda place.
I left a $15 tip for the waiter/bartender because you sir did a good job, however your kitchen and hostesses did not. I appreciate everything you tried to do to make the evening dinner better but everyone else failed you and me.
I will not be back at this location to eat ever again.
