Came in late one evening with a group. The service was solid as they were on point with everything and the atmosphere was quiet but we were the only group there so I can’t say how it normally is.
For my meal, I ended up having the blackened salmon with rice, steamed brocolli and sweet baby carrots with a small side of balsamic glaze (atleast I think it was; will edit if I am wrong). The broccoli and carrots were delicious as they were seasoned good. The highlight was the salmon, rice and the glaze. Those paired really well together though don’t drown the food in them too much like I did. A little bit here and there goes a long way. And the carrots and brocolli were good in the glaze as well.

Big Smoke
It came in tonight, Thursday 29th waited about 45 minutes for my food to come out and it was wrong but I ordered that was on the computer was right it came out wrong. They took it back 30 minutes later came out wrong again not only you to come out wrong. I got a chicken nugget on my wrap. Two of them were missing. Normally they put a big grill piece of chicken on there. This place is terrible. Manager comes out says she’s gonna fix it herself. It was even worse. Cold cold cold, smaller piece of chicken nugget. Everybody here needs to be fired.

I had the chicken salad with the super yummy candied pecans — fantastic as always! It’s one of my favorites and never disappoints. My husband ordered the fried fish and received a really generous portion. He had nothing but praise for it and happily finished the leftovers later that same night
Our waitress wasn’t very outgoing or particularly friendly this time, but she did an overall acceptable job. We’re usually spoiled by another server there who is fast, friendly, and fun, so maybe our expectations are just high.

I’m usually very happy with my food here. However yesterday (Saturday) the food , service and wait time was awful. We had to wait 30 minutes. I should have known it would be hectic. Waited 30 minutes for a table, got seated in the back, server was very slow with bringing drinks. Didn’t bring any refills. It was very noisy. We were seated next to a big party with many screaming kids. I ordered the steak medium well and it was well done. Very tough and hard to chew. I didn’t send it back because we had already waited a long time to get the food. My son had a bacon cheese burger and they gave bacon bits. My loaded baked potato was dry, all the topping was on the outside of the potato, barely opened the potato. Our maui drink wasn’t frozen it was watered down like it had been sitting. I left very disappointed.

Cheddar’s offers a cozy, home-style kitchen vibe with food that’s both tasty and reasonably priced. Great value for the portions. However, the service for our larger party was just okay—nothing terrible, just a bit off(slow with service) It felt like our server might have needed a little help or backup. Still, the food made up for the minor hiccup but it would be nice to have your beverage at least by the time your food arrives to the table…

Wow wow wow the amount of food for the price was amazing restaurant was clean and very nice I loved the lime honey dressing it was so good the half of ribs my son got was a huge plate just right for a hungry 17 year old. Great staff very friendly

The food was good, but the highlight of our evening was definitely our server, Nae! She was fantastic! We came in for a graduation dinner for my boy, and she made the evening perfect! She’s a gem! We even had to include her in our family photo!

I read reviews today which concerned me. Our party of four arrived about 5:30. We were promptly seated, drink orders taken and delivered within minutes. Food order was taken by our OUTSTANDING server Tonya. Food came out hot and delicious. Our server was prompt, friendly, efficient all with a smile on her face and in her voice ( which is rare). Before I could ask she had my to go container in her hand and that genuine smile on her face. After thanking her for great service I asked to speak with her manager. I explained my hesitation in coming in based on reviews our food was delicious and Tonya deserves 10 ‘s. She is the prime example of customer service! I will be going back and ask to be in her section! Awesome first experience!

Overall not bad at all. The food was pretty good and Cheddar’s always have good prices. We had about a 30 min wait on a Sunday afternoon. Not too bad! The service was good overall. The appetizer which was the onion rings, was out pretty quick but the main course was out somewhat slow. Let me tell you, it took a minute for the entrée! Me and my significant other was like here we go again! We ate at a Cheddar’s in North Carolina, near Asheville, and the server absolutely forgot about us! We didn’t get food from that Cheddar’s that night. Once, that we had everything, the food tasted good! The shrimp and beer battered fish was tasty and had a great crunch to it. The rice felt under done as I was eating it! Now, the Men’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting! It smelled horrible! They need a dedicated person or two to stay on top of that! That shouldn’t be happening in a restaurant setting! I also as I was walking past the kitchen entrance and that was nasty too! There was all kinds of debris on the floor! They need to tighten up on the cleanliness!
