Filthy. First impression was how dirty everything was. Took a while to be seated, and then watched tables sit empty while the line continued to build. Food also took a looong time, but it was fresh and tasty. Haven’t been here in a while and probably don’t need to again for another long while.

This location is therapeutic. I arrived at the bar with a wait time of 15 minutes. I Watched the fish swim in the tank while waiting on my meal. Brentley had a pleasant demeanor and jovial. She shared tips on workout plans and meal preps. The flavor quality of my meal, affordable price, positive bartender, and cleanliness of the restaurant; made me give an extra tip.

I came in pursuit of the fried monte cristo sandwich; it was pretty tasty (maybe a teeny bit greasy even for a Monte Cristo.) The service was very good – Ivory was training Keanna (sp?) and both were very pleasant. The calorie bombs – er, honey croissants – are astonishingly good for such a simple treat.

We arrived and the wait time held us for 35 min. Obviously folks know a good place when they taste and see. We watched the fish in the tank and were entertained while waiting for a table. Our hostess was delightful. She took all our orders and did not write anything down but she got it all right. She was pleasant and jovial. The food was very tasty. This is a place we are returning to on our future visits.

This place was so disgusting from the moment we walked in. The floor by the host stand was nasty and unmopped and had trash everywhere. Our table was sticky and had food stuck to it, and the floor around it was covered in crumbs. The bar menu on our table had a big piece of lettuce that was stuck to it, and our silverware was also dirty. The food wasn’t much better; we ordered alfredo pasta that had no flavor, and the side of green beans we ordered was strangely sweet? Also, for some reason, we were seated in a tightly-packed area, and everyone they seated after us got packed into the same area, even though the seats outside this area were all empty. I don’t know why they couldn’t have just spaced us out a little bit instead of packing us all in like sardines. I will say, our server was very nice and understanding when we told her about our silverware and the bar menu. Overall, the food and level of cleanliness were extremely disappointing, and it makes sense that their health score is an 88.

They tell you the wait is 25 minutes, but it is more like 45 minutes. The staff working at this location is off and strange energy wise and mentally. They do not apologize for inconsistent behavior. Due to the freezing temperatures outside, I called after 25 minutes of waiting because there was no seating inside of the restaurant, so I waited in my car. When I called the lady who answered at this restaurant she said I must come in to find out when my table will be called. I called because I only wanted to come in when my table was ready due to the cold outside. The customer service of the waitress was not very good. She saw us and walked away and then apologized for it when I caught her. It is like the people here don’t want to serve tables and don’t want to work here and they treat you with disregard as a customer because of it and take it out on you. You’d think you would be more friendly and not ignore or disregard customers, if you want a tip from a table you are serving. This restaurant needs restructuring by management to hire more intellectual people who have been properly trained in customer service and ettiquette from the hostesses, the man and the woman at the front to even the waitress at my table. I felt the service was so bad, I did not even want to tip. No tip. I never leave no tip, but because of everything I stated here it was well deserved. The energy of the people working here and even the vibe is off. It is not wholesome or friendly. You are ignored as a customer at this restaurant. They never check in to let you know when your food is coming. The energy is very cold and unwelcoming at this restaurant. The pay kiosk does not even work for gift cards. I ended up not even being able to use a gift card specifically for this restaurant due to their faulty scanning system on it. Also, the batteries die easily in the pay kisosk so you have to ask the manager to take your payment elsewhere. The kids menu grilled cheese is small and not filling for a child to eat. My son said it was not enough to be full and after I left here, I ended up buying Wendy’s which was better quality and the adult meal at Wendy’s is around the same price as the kid’s meal from Cheddar’s and has more food to be full. Also the booth had trash on the floor and was not clean even though they claimed to clean it before we sat there. The rug had mashed up food on it and was not clean. The energy at this restaurant feels almost toxic to happy, positive, and energetic people. This restaurant is horrible and sucks from the staff to the energy. Awful awful. It is really terrible and the worse I have experienced in a very long time. I have gone to Cheddar’s in other states like Florida and they do much better than this location. It is this location which is problematic and a sorry excuse for a restaurant and establishment. Some people left due to the long wait at this restaurant. They just drove off. The music and people talking is also too loud, your family or friends across the way of your table can barely hear you talk. Everything about this location is off. It takes forever to even get your food too. I rarely write reviews like this, but this location deserves it, wholeheartedly. I won’t be back to this restaurant and I think you should consider not just my review about all this and my feedback, but other reviews, before dining in to make an informed decision on eating here or not. There are better restaurants. This was not it. Horrible horrible and I read the other low ratings reviews here on this restaurant on Google and it is the same experiences I had at this location tonight, so it is not me just saying this. The other one, two, and three stars reviews read the same. Not a good experience at all.

Honestly one of my go to places. Food is very good with lots of healthy options. The broccoli is done well and so are their chicken breasts. Prices are better compared to their neighbors around. I had Brenley as my server and she was fun to talk to, attentive, and helpful. Oh and the drinks are good too. Try the Painkiller. Especially if you like coconut or pineapple

Very busy restaurant! Good food, drinks, and good service. As with most family restaurants, it was a bit noisy when children were unsettled. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Upon being seated, there were honey coated croissants which were served with our beverages. I highly recommend the Painkiller drink, which is served in a large stemmed mug with baked coconut around the rim of the glass. The menu is labeled “Limit of 2” per person. It was very tasty, although it did not seem to have a high alcohol content. The Country Fried Chicken was very good; served on toast, with mashed potatoes, green beans, and white gravy. We also had an order for the New Orleans Pasta, with pasta, smoked sausage, and Cajun Alfredo sauce – served with garlic toast. I would recommend getting a table in the the bar area, which we discovered was not as busy, or as loud. Overall, I would return to sample another tasty meal.

I haven’t been here since my wife passed several years ago. Came here with my daughter and son-in-law yesterday, and I’ll definitely be back soon. The food was much better than I remember, and the service was first rate! The only negative thing I experienced was the noise level. It was difficult to have a conversation. That might necessitate booth seating next visit. But even with that, it was a five star experience!
