They just reopened after Hurricane Helene. I am a healthcare traveler so we decided to give it a try. Everything was fresh and delicious. Our waiter was awesome. We were his first customers ever and if he hadn’t told us we wouldn’t have never known. He was professional and attentive. We enjoyed our service and our meal after a long day of working. And the drinks were good too.

We ordered for pick up. We got there a few minutes before scheduled pick up time and waited, and waited, and waited. We finally got our food 22 minutes late. There was no gravy on the potatoes, no gravy on the country fried steak. Also asked for extra country gravy. We got 1 small cup of gravy, that tasted weird. It sure wasn’t country gravy. I wouldn’t recommend the curbside pickup. If I ever come back I will eat in or at least go inside to pickup my food, but I doubt I’ll be back.

Before Helena this place was amazing. Today heating system is broken. Food was semi cold. Staff didn’t seem to care about customers. Waitress stated owner doesn’t care about site because they are busy with other things. Cheddar’s isn’t a cheap place, I really hope the owner does something about this location.

We love the food and drinks. The pain killer drink is one of my favorite, so good. The steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The herbs roasted chicken was well seasoned and come with 4 pieces, more than enough food. The croissants are delicious, we eat them in the end. Definitely recommend it. Great comfort food. I can’t wait to visit again soon.

It was absolute madness when I went in to pick up my to go order. Was told to go to the bar and the bartender came behind the bar, did a few things, and left multiple times before even acknowledging me or letting me know they would be with me in a minute, which was after I had been sitting there for 5 minutes. She then told me about the to go area in the corner. The place was busy, and I understand, but all it takes is a second to let someone new in your area that you’ll be with them shortly. That’s all it takes. I know they’re probably understaffed, and that’s fine, but I hate feeling like no one is paying you any attention or that they feel somehow upset that there are more people in their section. The manager was walking around with a tablet doing who knows what, while her team was drowning in the weeds. Food was bland, but cooked correctly. To go person was the nicest one I met. That’s why they get 4 stars instead of 3

I’m only doing this review because I truly feel bad for the servers who were working tonight. (2/6). Only two cooks in the kitchen and management decided to keep trucking on a Friday night. We sat for over an hour and never even got our appetizer. Our server was super sweet and explained to us what was going on and we decided to pay for our drinks and go. I still tipped, because bless them. I can’t even imagine.

I placed a curbside to-go order and waited over 30 minutes for it to be brought out. I called the number listed on the curbside sign and was told it would be brought out right away, but I still waited an additional 15–20 minutes. While the food itself was decent, it was cold by the time I received it. Unfortunately, due to the long wait and overall experience, I don’t plan on dining in or placing another to-go order.
