As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The food was ok. But I’d only stop again if no other choice . The fries were really good. The cheese sticks were good but my burger wasn’t cold but definitely not nice and hot like I prefer my hamburger. The staff were friendly and had smiles. I hate going somewhere and you feel like you’re not welcome. They seemed to be happy.

Just left from the checkers off of north market. Ordered 4 burgers total the first two were no mustard no ketchup extra tomato (bc the first time I went they didn’t even put tomato) this time they only put one slice of tomato on my burger. When told to the red haired girl at the window she had an AirPod in I had to repeat myself twice before she even took her AirPod out and continued to say she didn’t hear us. Having your AirPods in at a workplace is very unprofessional and then when trying to tell her my food was wrong she didn’t much care. It’s very sad knowing that I work in a similar industry and could never treat a customer that way. Or be unprofessional. Service matters do better

This place is a total Train Wreck. Staff is lost on what the mission is, not very attentive when trying to order, orders completely messed up. Not sure whoever is in charge or who over sees this location is even considered.

Food is great. Placed an order at approximately 8:17. Confirmation email said it would be ready at 8:22. Pulled up to the drive-thru speaker. Waited 5 minutes while no one spoke to us. Proceeded to drive to the pick-up window where no one spoke to us until about 8:35 despite making eye contact with employees. Would have really just been nice to have been acknowledged.

Food hits different with them but it’s good.. the one place i can depend 80 percent of the time on for getting a milkshake. Love the variety of food they have.

Drove through on our way home. Service was quick and the person at the window was friendly. Food was ok. Would stop again if in a rush.
