As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Food good but the service sucks i paid for the 4 for $3 a med plus two chicken bite boxs . They ran out of boxes for the bite box and didn’t give me no sauce or my fries for my 4 for $3. When asked for the manager she came to the window with a attitude like we was interrupting her then when I told her we didn’t get no sauce they gave us one and we said there were two chicken bite boxes and that I didn’t get my fries with my four for $3 when they gave me a small fry and I upgraded to a medium fry so basically I upgraded my stuffto a medium and then get what I purchased my Sprite is taste like some Alka salsa we was trying to tell them that I wanted a different drink when the manager caught an attitude and close the window while we was talking to her very rude and unprofessional that will be the last time I will be spending my money with that location. This was at 6:53pm today because we had to come all the way back to the restaurant

If the restaurant is open why isn’t anyone answering the drive through. Sat at the window for 5 mins and honked. I assume whoever is on shift needed some well-deserved rest. I drove up to the pick up window and sat there for another 3 minutes. When a guy did finally come to the window, he looked like he just woke up from a nap. I attempted to order funnel cake fries. He informed me that they had just ran out of powdered sugar. However, while he was in the back napping, I was able to thoroughly scan the kitchen with my eyes, and I saw a container that was filled. I wasn’t about to argue with the man so I just drove off. I used to always come here as a kid and although it took forever to get our food because it’s cooked to order things at least made right we never had these issues. I’ll continue to take my chances with the checkers on Sibley. I refused to give you all one more penny.

The service was not great. I came to Checkers for the first time, as I’m from out of state, and was hoping for good things. Unfortunately the cashier who took our order had an attitude and was rude to us as we struggled to hear him through the speaker box. This continued as we paid and waited for our food. Based on his attitude we decided to check out food and noticed we didn’t receive our full order. I didn’t assume this was done spitefully but it was definitely a ‘did not care’ attitude. The lack of care for the work environment and customers definitely showed. The food was good but the service keeps me from wanting to come back.

You, the owner, should visit your premises and see how spotless it is yourself.
You can continue to operate , but when the state goes in for a check, you won’t be happy with the result.

We drove more then one hour to this place expecting something good and customer service was horrible we had already ordered our food and we asked the person at the window if the 3$ burger bundles were the same size or smaller and he said they don’t even sell those and they have huge signs outside promoting them! And his attitude was horrible he looked like he was miserable there and was just a bad customer service!.he must of been tired or just having a bad day i don’t know but We will not be returning to this place we checked our burgers as soon as he gave us our bag checking that they did not put mustard and they were cold like they had been already sitting there!that’s crazy we had to go to McDonald’s smh!

This checkers just has poor customer service. The food is decent and reasonably priced but you wait in the drive through line forever. Once you get to place yr order they tell you their out of ice or bacon its always something. No napkins and heaven forbid you ask for condiments and the words THANK YOU never comes across their lips. Time to travel and find a location that appreciates their customers.

Absolutely terrible. Went there yesterday. There was a long line of cars and appallingly slow service. The woman at the drive-thru had the absolute WORST attitude you could imagine. I am not understanding how you can hire someone like this at any establishment. We simply ordered a $2 and cheese sticks. Even at the window, another woman had horrible customer service, far beyond what you would even call common sense when it comes to interacting with people. Not only was her attitude disgusting as well, you could barely hear her enunciate a single sentence. It was so obvious, judging her her quick speaking and blank stare, that she just wanted us to go away. To make matters worse, I am positive our food was fried in dirty grease. Will never return to this location and no one else should visit it.

Sat in drive through for 45 minutes. Once you’re in line there is no way to get out because of the way the building is constructed. I ordered fries and mozzarella sticks. They need a way better system. Fries were cold when we finally got them. Only 2 people were working
