As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The service was not great. I came to Checkers for the first time, as I’m from out of state, and was hoping for good things. Unfortunately the cashier who took our order had an attitude and was rude to us as we struggled to hear him through the speaker box. This continued as we paid and waited for our food. Based on his attitude we decided to check out food and noticed we didn’t receive our full order. I didn’t assume this was done spitefully but it was definitely a ‘did not care’ attitude. The lack of care for the work environment and customers definitely showed. The food was good but the service keeps me from wanting to come back.

Food good but the service sucks i paid for the 4 for $3 a med plus two chicken bite boxs . They ran out of boxes for the bite box and didn’t give me no sauce or my fries for my 4 for $3. When asked for the manager she came to the window with a attitude like we was interrupting her then when I told her we didn’t get no sauce they gave us one and we said there were two chicken bite boxes and that I didn’t get my fries with my four for $3 when they gave me a small fry and I upgraded to a medium fry so basically I upgraded my stuffto a medium and then get what I purchased my Sprite is taste like some Alka salsa we was trying to tell them that I wanted a different drink when the manager caught an attitude and close the window while we was talking to her very rude and unprofessional that will be the last time I will be spending my money with that location. This was at 6:53pm today because we had to come all the way back to the restaurant

I only visit this location now for emergency purposes. It’s really a shame if you don’t have a car coming here. How is there a walk up option NOT AN OPTION. So you’re telling me if you live around the corner, you MUST have a car to eat at checkers. Makes no sense, just terrible. There’s usually 1 worker, the line gets long quick, and of course here comes the long wait. This particular visit I ordered chicken bite box for my son. It was about 7 pieces of chicken and some fries. But the price went up. RIDICULOUS!!!!…. DOLTON location is a step up, this location isn’t it. Didn’t get a receipt. DO NOT EAT HERE. I ordered the 8 piece chicken tenders on 2 days, and the exact same people were working both times. I recieved 7 chicken tenders & my large fry was only halfway filled BOTH TIMES. When I called the restaurant & the manager said, “I know how many you got, I made your food.”

I was so excited to get my order and it was very tasty. However, a few hours after consuming the nausea, chills and vomiting began. Took a while but once my body got rid of it all I had very quick relief. I hadn’t had any other food since much earlier in the day and all that came up was that meal and stomach acid/bile. Very disappointing.
