They serve a vanilla shake with a dirty lid. I requested the drive thru employee to look at it, she said ‘is just chocolate” no apologies or acknowledge of the mistake. I told her that I don’t want it and she said she can not take it back and did not even offer a refund.

Had a very nice gentleman take my order at the drive thru this morning. Polite, patient, realized my order could have been cheaper after I had ordered incorrectly and fixed it for me. Food came out quick and fresh. Very happy with the service I received.

The food was neither good or bad, the service for a mobile order not being made until the customer arrives must be a new policy. The drink station had food all over it as well as the booth I sat at, and at least 3 more tables while I was there.

2 April 2025, this is the second time ordering a burger within a 3 week period, and whoever is making the food is putting in less and less effort. It seems as though it was just thrown together, just to get it out the door. I do not recommend until changes are made.

It was my son’s birthday today went in about 545pm. The lady I believe she was a manager wished my son a happy birthday and was very friendly, interactive and good with the kids. Will definitely be back very good customer service wish I got her name.
