As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I have never been disappointed with the food here. Always my favorite drive thru. Until today. I came and ordered a checkerburger with no lettuce and chili dog with no chili. When I took my burger out it looked just like someone had taken a bit. I pulled all that part off thinking maybe it just got ripped off another way. As I was eating the onion fries. I found the missing piece of the burger at the bottom of the fries. So now I know it was done purposely. The burger was cold like it was nuked for a minute frozen. The onion fries were cold and so was the hot dog. Im almost afraid to ever come back now.

The food there was delicious! all the food was nice and hot, which made it even better. At the time, they had 2 for 5 and for the double sandwiches. I personally had the deep sea double (two fish fillets on a bun with tartar sauce) and the double checkerburger with cheese. Those two things alone we’re delicious, but having their seasoned fries as well made it a delicious meal. The rest of my family had chicken sandwhiches, and they said they were good. The only reason I gave it a 5 star is because we had to wait a while. If I was able to, I would have given it a 4.5 instead of a 4.

This is probably the worst food I’ve ever got. My food was cold and soggy. Not well put together at all. For the price I think it should be better. I’m severely disappointed and I’m upset that I spent my money here.

Ordered a checker burger but i guess they forgot the burger. Seriously???
Update: the next time I was there I mentioned that they forgot to put the burger on my burger. The response was simply “ya, we had an employee that did that once in a while” figured maybe they’d offer to make it right by giving me the burger that I already paid for but didn’t get but I guess that didn’t occur to them.

I just got some food from here on my way through town. A couple olive burgers and the popcorn chicken box. My popcorn chicken was literally brown and disgusting looking. I wouldn’t even eat it. One piece was so hard I couldn’t even break it in half to see what the inside looked like. So disappointed I use to love going here and the last couple times it’s just been the worst experience.

This is a drive up only restaurant. They have a bigger variety than the national restaurants. The food is good tasting and they have a variety of plates to order, or you can order your own. Very fast and convenient. I’d go to Checkers before McDonald’s.

Went there today at 630 they close at 9 apparently out of all chicken tenders and chicken bites both on the menu. Who ever is running this place should be fired immediately this is not the first time this has happened. The fries we got were soggy and the rewards program was “down”. Would recommend to anyone with a brain until the manager is fired and the place is overhauled.
