As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I stopped buying fries because they were almost never fresh. I stopped buying wings because you’re told to go park and they bring it out to you…when they feel like it. I ordered two mushroom & Swiss. The 2nd sandwich was a huge mess of slop. Just nasty. I’ve had some roller coaster experiences here. Once I waited 22 minutes in the parking lot after waiting to place my order and waiting to move up in line. I waited in line a2nd time to cancel my order after 29 minute wait. They forgot all about me. One night I went there and they told me they couldn’t take my order due to some electronic issue. I went to the one on Locust St and they said the same thing. Look at how yummy that sandwich looks. I’m sure Checkers is proud that their “mushroom & Swiss” looks like a disgusting pile of trash that sat for 3 days.

Staff was outside arguing with someone in a car upon arrival. Since staff was arguing the auto voice couldn’t pick up what we were ordering. When ask to talk to a real person to repeat back my order to make sure it’s correct the staff was rude and said the sandwiches have already been made. Why make the sandwiches already, what if I said I want to change my order and order something else? Once getting home and checking the order all 3 sandwiches were made wrong

Been going here for a lil while bc it’s been way better than any fast food around me. I get hot fries EVERY time. Service is quick. People are friendly. Don’t mind me bringing my minibike thru the drive thru lol There’s literally nothing I could even think to complain about if I wanted to. 5 stars for sure

Worst fast food experience ever. Ordering was automated but I still had to give my order at the windows. Was told to drive to parking lot to wait on fish sandwich which was lukewarm and sloppy wet from the sauce..little to no taste. Not to mention I was given someone else’s order initially, the other customer stopped me as I was driving out of parking lot and we exchanged bags.Huge disappointment especially after I had been craving a fish sandwich. I will definitely NOT eat food from Checkers again.

This was an awful experience. I will never ever be back. I stopped in like any other casual day and was greeted by a robot when I went to order. The robot took my entire order couldn’t answer any questions I had and it was very demanding. I felt like I was trying to get across to a robot over the phone that doesn’t understand what I’m saying. I should not have to work harder to get my order taken than if I was talking to a human. Once I got my food I had 10 little chicken bites which definitely does not equal half a pound and an order of fries. Coming from a culinary perspective the food I paid five dollars for credit have been made for less than $.50. This is ridiculous.
