Can’t get the order correct my last 2 stops. Last time they didn’t put fries in the bag.
I even confirmed the order before I drove around because i could tell she didn’t get it right. Cheese only/Plain with cheese it doesn’t matter what you say (here or the 73rd location) 1/2 the time it won’t be plain!
Food is not hot like it was for many years-
I guess all fast food is unreliable now unfortunately-This was one of the last places to still get good food for me
I guess I’ll make my own burger from now on- nobody has time to order twice, do better

Usually love coming to BBops but this location was a disappointment. Food was good but it was 11am and all the trash cans were overflowing, along with trash on most the tables around and all over the parking lot. Looks like it hasn’t been changed out in days. Sad to see and service was very slow.

Still the greatest best burger in town, hands down! Flat grill cooked, bacon just right, fresh lettuce, tomato and the ketchup and mustard. All together the perfect flavor anywhere. Yum! Yum! Yum!

This place likes to charge you for the extra stuff you order on your sandwich but won’t make it the way you order it. I ordered Only exta jalapeños and only extra mayo there was 4 jalapeños in total on my sandwich and they forgot to put one of my fries in the bag. Oh but they’re sure to tell you the ranch will be extra.

Tried this Super Cool Retro burger joint yesterday! The fries were absolutely the best and the burgers tasted homemade & delicious. Definitely recommend the 1/2lb burgers because of the size! Perfect amount of food served for a great price.
10/10 would recommend this as a go to place when you’re hangry.

Took forever.I had to repeat my order.Multiple times maybe they couldn’t hear me. When I finally did get my food, it was cold.And I mean really cold.
The tea was rotten and had fermented. Old.
They never asked if I needed anything such as ketchup, and I felt rushed.

I have been going to multiple locations and have yet to get a sandwich with the correct condiments. I have order it as is and remove what I don’t want on it myself. Complicated I’m sure.
