As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Hadn’t been here since before they implemented the AI system. Which honestly was probably one of the best ones I’ve come across so far so kudos to that, but dear god, however their system works is not great, I think they gave part of my order to someone else as I went thru the drive thru the girl working couldn’t find my order so I had to tell them again at the window. Didn’t get all of what I ordered but still got plenty of items and a discount for the inconvenience. I would try it again but maybe just a mobile order next time

Ordered online and had an insanely long wait for pickup with only 2 cars ahead of us in line. After waiting 30 minutes in line we hoped everything would be hot and fresh but our burgers and mozzarella sticks were cold and not very good, but the fries were hot and delicious. I felt like we were experiencing time dilation as we watched the staff members working inside move in slow motion. If they are truly using time manipulation technology at this location they should start using it for keeping the food fresh and not for slowing down the pickup line.

I like it, but the guy on the intercom needs to settle down and LISTEN instead of interrupting. I had a Mobil order but wanted to order more at the window. I couldn’t get a word in after I said “mobile order”. I ended up going to mcdonald’s get food for their rest of the people that Texted me that they wanted food.

I’m always having issues with any type of checkers this time they ordered me a cheeseburger with no cheese, which doesn’t make sense to begin with. They have a new machine that takes people‘s order and it’s horrible It ordered me the wrong size. It ordered me something that I didn’t even order and the service was even worse. I went up to the window, and the lady cannot speak up at all. so when I asked her to repeat the order, I could not hear a word. I told her I couldn’t hear anything and she continued to speak quietly, and everybody there seems to have an attitude luckily everything that was ordered was correctly, even though it initially started with the machine, not even putting in the correct order. I’m highly disappointed and I think others feel the same way about checkers just going downhill and their customer service is terrible.

Management is rude and can’t count. Ordered 8 hamburgers and received 5. Shady place. Don’t bother going there. We definitely don’t need this restaurant in our town. Makes for a bad impression. Please close this store down. They don’t deserve to be in business in our town.

This is insane! Didn’t know I was eating raw burger until halfway thru my burger. This location of checkers has workers that do not care about customer satisfaction. All they care about is getting out of work to get their money. This is one of hundreds of reports of RAW FOOD BEING HANDED RO CUSTOMERS. I hope this location closes or gets token over and renovated. This isn’t how food should be served, especially at fast food. No excuse can compare to the amount of RAW FOOD REVIEWS are in this review section. Diabolical!

Spend the gas money and go to a different location. I received the wrong food and was yelled at for asking to correct the issue. Completely unprofessional and aggressively rude management. Worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service anywhere. I’d give a negative star if possible.

We are a family on a budget, so eating out has to be affordable. Checkers $4 meal deal is so good! Our food is always hot and our order filled correctly. When treated with kindness, the staff offers it right back.
