As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I then asked to speak with a manager, hoping the situation could be corrected. Unfortunately, the manager was extremely rude and made no effort whatsoever to address the problem or offer any solution. There was a complete lack of basic courtesy and customer service from both staff and management.
The service at this location was so poor that it actually made me appreciate the downtown Checkers even more. I went out of my way afterward to compliment the downtown staff for being helpful, professional, and respectful. The contrast between the two locations was night and day.
But not terrible over all
Service was fantastic though, very entertaining crew!
REVIEW: I hate the AI order taker. The combos come with the small, but the AI asks you if you want medium or a large. Before you know what you’re doing you’re spending almost 2 dollars more for the medium. That’s tricking people, and it isn’t cool. You shouldn’t have to make a special point to tell the AI you want the small and not one of the two optional upgrades they offered you.
Tricking people into spending almost 2 dollars than they expected is illegal (?), then giving them a small portion of fries after they upgrade is very rude. I paid for medium but did not receive medium.
I just want what I pay for. The picture shows how many fries they gave me for a medium, I ate one before i realized, then I took the picture.
