As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

It’s checkers! Chill out lol. Review not needed, goofy. My only gripe is that automated order taker thing at the drive thru. Drives me nuts! It’s absolutely slowing down the line! Though accurate, it’s an upsell machine! I’d rather deal with a human that can constantly ask me “is that all? Is that all?”

Sat for over 30 minutes in drive through, and assumed It was due to lack of staff. They ended up parking me after 15, and I noticed FOUR workers inside the building. After 20 minutes three of the four workers were smoking weed behind the building while my food HAS STILL NOT BEEN FINISHED. The food was horrible but I wasn’t surprised. At least finish the orders before you take your smoke break.

In my opinion checkers makes the best hamburger for a fast food restaurant. I tried the fried mushrooms today and they were very good. Their fries are the best, sort of Louisiana style.

Always love Checkers food and enjoy trying out their special menu items. Wish there was a Checkers closer to my home. That being said, the rocket scientist that dreamed up the automated ordering system that can’t understand simple responses needs to find another job. Love the strawberry swirl ice cream. My husband love the big Buford combo. I like the drive-thru order speaker because it’s a computer taking your order and you don’t get attitude. Alright Checkers!!!

I liked this place more before the robot drive thru got installed. I’d rather talk to a human. Plus the robot doesn’t tell you when something is an upcharge, like getting a second sauce packet with your chicken. I would have assumed 2 were included, but instead it was like an extra $1 on my bill for a tiny sauce cup.

Ordered Shakes tonight via door dash and the shake machine was down. We got our food but didn’t get our sauces. No napkins either. Overall poor service. Very unfortunate.
