As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

We went to Checkers for the first time today. The restaurant was nice and clean. The service was fast. The staff was very friendly. The hamburgers were delicious! We got medium drinks but the cups were larger than we expected. I wasn’t a big fan of the fries, maybe because to me they seemed a little too greasy, but for the rest we were very content. The menu had quite a few options but it was a little pricey. I definitely recommend this fast food restaurant!

Good and fast service. Good cheap food. All pretty average for an average Burger place. Their fries are probably the only thing that’s outstanding from other places but sometimes that’s a good thing.

Happy there is a checkers near me.Bonus it has plenty of inside seating. No more eating in the car or driving 1/2 hour home before I eat. The Ice cream is good too try but wicked strawberry has bit bit of fake taste. Still good

Started out by ordering the “fried mushroom combo with “no” onions .got to the window and was handed what was best described as water with some coke added, not that big of a deal ,exchanged for rootbeer .Got home to discover one it wasn’t the fried mushroom burger but a regular mushroom burger and 2 it had onions on it ! So I scaped off both the onions and the mushrooms cause covered in cheese had no choice , then proceeded to eat the burger, half way through I pulled a long piece of blonde hair from my mouth from said burger !!!!! So that went in the trash , I was able to eat the fries ,which I thought were actually suppose to be fried mushrooms according to the menu . First and probley last time at a checkers

I asked for large fry with meal she didn’t hear it so,we gave her more money to get a large.She gave me a medium on purpose cause both meals she did not give us receipt for both meals.Another time a male worker cussed out my mom and harased her each time she went.I onhestly wanted get out of the car to start a fight but, I resisted the trash employees where not worth my time.Plus our meal meal was 18 dollars for 4 double cheese burgers so,I think she charged us twice for large fries.

Gave me a lukewarm burger. I can only imagine how long it had been sitting under the heat lamp. I went there just before closing so I guess I had that coming. I won’t let it happen again. The young woman who took my order was pleasant.

we pulled up in the line and there was an old lady on her smoke break and ONE car in front of us ordering. she looked at our car when we pulled up and she threw her hands up in annoyance and shook her head and aggressively threw her cigarette on the ground and stormed back into checkers. when we were ordering, there was a FIVE minute wait on CHICKEN??? and they’re advertising a new bbq chicken pile up and when I asked for it she said they don’t have it anymore ?? and the lady on the speaker sounded so annoyed. do better and have better costumer service. i’m sorry that you have to do your job, maybe don’t work costumer service.
